"why do you love the french revolution so much, don't you know you'd get guillotined 😡😡" uhh bold of you to assume i'm tall enough to be guillotined

also i could literally follow whatever robespierre says.

it's not like he's gonna get in trouble. or anything.

I was bored and put a bunch of French revolutionaries into the Hunger Games simulator so yay! Here are my fav moments:

Maximilien Robespierre and Joseph Fouché fight for a bag. Maximilien Robespierre gives up and retreats.

Not gonna comment on this...

Jean-Paul Marat bleeds out due to untreated injuries.

Wow. That felt personal. I feel like we've been here before.

Marie-Jean Hérault kills Philippe Le Bas while he is resting.

NOT PHILIPPE!!! AND WHILE HE WAS RESTING TOO :(

Georges Couthon is unable to convince Antoine Saint-Just not to kill him.

It's right up there in 'Top 10 Anime Betrayals'.

Augustin Robespierre convinces Georges Danton to snuggle with him.

... @bonbonrobespierre weren't you talking about this too?

Lucile Desmoulins accidentally detonates a land mine while trying to arm it.

NOT MY LUCILEEEE!

Charlotte Robespierre and Jean-Lambert Tallien sleep in shifts.

Charlotte allying with someone who had a hand in the deaths of her brothers? Hm I've heard this story before... /nsrs

Pauline Léon shoots an arrow at Élisabeth Le Bas, but misses and kills Claire Lacombe instead.

Uh oh. Just killed bestie

Maximilien Robespierre runs away from Charlotte Robespierre.

@ that one time when they moved out and Max moved back into the Duplays

Joseph Fouché, Georges Danton, and Françoise Hébert unsuccessfully ambush Élisabeth Le Bas, Maximilien Robespierre and Éléonore Duplay, who kill them instead.

Reverse Thermidor? (Kind of?)

Charlotte Robespierre and Éléonore Duplay work together for the day.

Well, that's new.

Maximilien Robespierre and Camille Desmoulins huddle for warmth.

Louis-le-Grand type activity

Maximilien Robespierre and Jean-Marie Collot track down and kill Augustin Robespierre.

Oof. I'd expect this from Collot, but Maxime?? After everything? Low blow.

Antoine Saint-Just, Charlotte Robespierre, and Jean-Lambert Tallien get into a fight. Jean-Lambert Tallien triumphantly kills them both.

WEREN'T YOU AND CHARLOTTE ALLIES?? 😭😭 Tallien you're somehow worse than Fouché at this

Maximilien Robespierre bleeds out due to untreated injuries.

Déjà vu, anyone?

Marie-Jean Hérault runs away from Élisabeth Le Bas.

YEAH BABET GET HIM FOR YOU AND PHILIPPE 💥💥💥💥💥

Jean-Marie Collot repeatedly stabs Camille Desmoulins to death with sais.

... well!

Collot won. The end.

Please, do not ignore my story💔😭

I am Rania Mahmoud, 30 years old. I live in Gaza City. I am married and have two children. I support my children and my family. My father and mother are elderly. I lost my home and was displaced more than once. Every time, I was escaping death amidst the screams of my children under war and death. I currently live in a tent in the heat of the summer and the cold of the winter.💔 Life is very difficult, like hell. I need to buy milk, diapers, food and drink for my children. I need your help to save my family and children from the war of extermination in Gaza.💔 I want them to live in safety, so I ask you to extend a helping hand to save them from death so that I can get them out of Gaza safely to obtain a safer life for them.💔😭

Your donation and sharing this message is a part of your humanity and support for us. Every help, no matter how small, makes a huge difference in my life and my children's lives. Be our voice, be the hope for those who have lost everything." 🇵🇸🍉🙏🏼

Share, donate, help us survive. 🕊️❤️

In a corner of Gaza, my family and I are drowning in destruction, with the echoes of suffering surrounding us. I sat beside my modest tent, hastily erected after losing my home in the latest bombing. The faces of my family tell stories of patience and resilience, with lines of time etched upon them, as if they were records of unforgettable events. 🇵🇸⏳🍉

Hello, my name is Lama, and I am from Gaza City, specifically in the northern Gaza Strip. I grew up in a loving family of resilience and hope, with my parents working tirelessly to provide us with a life of dignity and opportunity. My father was our steadfast provider, and my mother was the heart of our home. I have two brothers and three sisters, the youngest of whom is just six months old. She is frail and often sick due to the lack of proper food and medicine. My siblings and I have shared dreams of education, careers and a bright future. But life in Gaza is marked by hardship, and when the war began, everything we had built was shattered. My older brother, a kind and a courageous soul, was martyred while trying to secure basic necessities for our survival, my younger sister was gravely injured, and the cost of her treatment weighs more than the universe to us, now the responsibility for my family has fallen on my shoulders.

Our home, once filled with warmth, laughter and memories, has been reduced to rubble. We have been displaced more than thirty times from place to a place with nothing but the clothes on our backs. Each time we returned, we found more destruction, we always clung to the hope of rebuilding, but in the last attack, our home was completely destroyed, we are now homeless, living in unsafe conditions with no shelter to protect us from the cold nights. The loss of our home is not just the loss of a building, it’s the loss of safety, stability, and the place where our dreams were nurtured.

With my father unemployed since the beginning of the war, we have no income to provide even the most basic necessities. Water, food, medicine, warm clothes and blankets-things that many take for granted-are beyond our reach. Every day is a battle for survival, and every night is a reminder of the dangers and struggles we face. I am determined to care for family and give my younger brothers and sisters a chance to grow up with hope. But I cannot do it alone.

I am reaching out to you with a plea for compassion and action. Your support can help us rebuild our lives, restore hope, and secure a future where my family can live in peace and safety. Every donation, no matter how small brings us closer to survival and dignity. Please for the sake of god and humanity, help us in this time of desperate need.

On the seventh of October I am teacher Mahmoud Atta. I work as a teacher teaching secondary school students.

On October 7th, I was getting ready to go to school. On October 7th, while I was getting ready to go to school, my life was completely turned upside down. Israel declared war on Gaza. After that, they announced their entry into the roads and cities and forced us to leave the city from Khan Yunis to Rafah

.

We passed through a road called the Road of Death. Tanks were everywhere. Bullets were raining down. We passed through a road called the Road of Death. Tanks were everywhere. Bullets were raining down. If you survived, your brother would not.

We've all seen the end of the world movies on the big screen. We have all seen end of the world movies on cinema screens, but what we saw was real and not imaginary. I wish it was imaginary.

We finally arrived in Rafah Finally we arrived in Rafah, the safe city as it is called, but where to go? The sea is behind us, the weather is freezing, and the borders are closed with Egypt on the other side and Israel on the third and fourth sides. I found myself making a tent out of nylon for myself and my family.

No water, no electricity, no food, no place to go to the bathroom, no life. I wish I had died sooner.

We returned after a long time to our city. After a long time, we returned to our city. The first sight was that a giant monster had entered the city and left it in ruins, so much so that I did not recognize my house or my neighborhood. Oh my God, is this Khan Yunis?

fI searched to find my home, to find my apartment, which contained my memories and my most beautiful days, destroyed. I searched to find my home, to find my apartment, which contained my memories and my most beautiful days, destroyed.

Today I stand before you to search for Today I stand in your hands to search for any help to restore myself again thanks to you.. I am waiting for your help

Hello my friend, my name is Jaafar from North Gaza, I am 24 years old, and finally after waiting for a whole year of killing, displacement, hunger, massacres and genocide against us, the time for a ceasefire has come, thank God we are still alive after all the exhaustion, and during the next week we will return to our homes in North Gaza, which was completely destroyed, unfortunately our area was completely and brutally destroyed and we have nothing left, neither a home, nor property, nor furniture, nor clothes, nor any other clothes, I know that returning to the north will be very painful and difficult due to the lack of the necessities of life, and we will start building our lives from scratch, but we are happy for the war to end.
Please 🙏, donate to my campaign to save my family, even a small amount will help us stabilize ourselves a little, and buy some supplies 🥹, I hope that God will protect your family and friends, thank you 🥰🩵

god. jean paul marat. On the verge of death, writing his will and all, and when he hears that the estates general is convening, he drags himself out of bed and resumes political writing. jean paul marat, chased out of the country, forced to live in basements and sewers, keeps up writing as often as he can, while his printing presses are smashed and he's constantly forced to flee. jean paul marat, constantly suffering from a painful disease, and while he was a doctor, renowned for curing incurable diseases, all he could do was treat the pain enough to allow him to keep working for the sake of the republic. jean paul marat, how he had to retire from public life when his illness became unbearable, and how he kept constantly writing, as now the convention now saw fit to ignore him completely, but the people refused to abandon him and thus he had to keep writing. jean paul marat and how he was murdered brutally after opening his home to someone who sent him a letter pleading with him for his aid. jean paul marat and the way she said he, as the friend of the people, owed her sanctuary as she was suffering. god. jean paul marat and how his brief martyrdom was subsequently followed by centuries of slander and dehumanization. god jean paul marat amirite
