War has destroyed everything—our homes, our dreams, and even our right to medical care. Amid this devastation, my little sister Zein suffers from paralysis, struggling to stand while the harsh reality makes it nearly impossible.

Zein once dreamed of running like other children, but war stole even her chance for treatment. The medical care she desperately needs is only available abroad, yet the cost of travel and treatment is far beyond our means.

I appeal to kind hearts everywhere—any contribution, no matter how small, can give Zein a new chance at life, at movement, at hope.

I am Nizar Al-Masri, a lawyer from Gaza Strip. I once had a home that was my refuge and shelter, and a law office that was my livelihood—years of hard work and dedication. But the occupation took everything from me. They destroyed my home, my office, my life, my future.

Today, my family of nine is homeless, sleeping in the open with no shelter, no blankets, no mattresses—exposed to the cold, hunger, and hardship. The greatest pain is for my sister, Zain, who has suffered from partial paralysis since birth and requires constant medical care and medication. But now, we can barely afford to survive—how can we provide for her treatment?

In the midst of this tragedy, I found a helping hand from abroad—my dear friend, Tess, who is supporting me in sharing my voice with the world, hoping someone will hear our plea and offer help.

@nizaralmasre was working as a lawyer before the war, and was studying for his master's degree in Public Law. The office and courts where he worked were destroyed, and he lost his job, leaving him with no income to support his family.

Their home in Beit Hanoun was destroyed, forcing the family to share a single tent. Their tent was flooded recently. They desperately need shelter and supplies like warm clothes and blankets.

HELP NIZAR SAVE HIS FAMILY

Nizaa Al-Masri is a lawyer from Gaza. He lived with his family in Beit Hanoun, working as a lawyer in civil and sharia courts. He had a dream to pursue a master's degree in Public law, but unfortunately, war came and destroyed everything in its wake.

Now, him and the rest of his family of nine members are without a shelter, not enough food or clean water, and especially with not enough to support medical treatment of his sister, Zain.

His sister Zain suffers from brain atrophy since birth, which resulted in her paralysis. As of right now, she's in need of urgent medical treatment and medicine, that can only be provided with donations.

Unfortunately, their donations have abruptly stopped. With their last donation being 4 days ago, Nizar and his family were only able to raise $120 CAD out of their end goal of $13,000 CAD.
