re my last post: i was having difficulties being connected to the correct representatives via the badinternetbills site, How ever I was still able to use their script so I looked up the phone numbers of my states senate and house members offices and called each one that way. It's more work, but please dont let something like that prevent a phone call. hell my voice shook so much when I was on the phone, But i'm glad I took the time to do it. Please, If you are in America, consider taking the time to voice your opposition to censorship. use your voice now. preventing a law from going into effect is easier then repealing one

11/30/23: KOSA is an anti-LGBTQIA+ censorship bill. It is essential you call THIS week. Tell them you are specifically against KOSA and especially against hotlining the bill.
Call the Capitol Switchboard at (202) 224-3121 and ask to be connected to the Senator of your choice.

the resist bot wasn't working for me when I tried it just now, but the Bad Internet Bills website was - please click the link, fill out the info, and do what you can to contact your representatives about KOSA and other, similar pieces of legislation!
the site also has a really neat feature where you enter your phone number, and then it calls your representatives for you! it connects you to the right offices, shows a script for you on the screen, and then when you're done leaving a message for one person, you hit the * key and it takes you to the next one.
for me, the whole process took about 18 minutes, and I gave comments to a whole bunch of people - it was really easy!
if you're in the USA, please do this, if you can! this is a situation where our voices matter!
