“I’m wearing a part of a vintage Uncle Sam costume, some ripped up baggy jeans, an old pair of Jordans and some Walter van Beirendonck necklaces. Currently my style is inspired by my friends, family and nostalgia.”

“I’m wearing a jacket gifted to me from my grandma, a shirt from my best friend, shorts from my sister, tights from a thrift store, my shoes are from a second hand shop named Common Threads in boulder, and my purse I found on the street in a box full of heels! All of my jewelry has been gifted or made by loved ones. I feel very inspired by femme lesbian power. Dressing through joy instead of trends, and accentuating the beauty of being alive through clothing.”

”I’m wearing 70s satin pants, a Negative Approach t-shirt, an 80s brown leather trench, vintage leather cowboy boots, and a wool beret. I added some of my favorite pinbacks from the 40s and 70s. My style is heavily inspired by the music and movies I enjoy. My favorite films are Wild at Heart from 1990 and Out of the Blue 1980.”

“I am wearing an orchid sweatshirt I designed for my brand Orchard and a thrifted tutu along with fuzzy pink legwarmers. My jewelry is also either thrifted or by jeweler friends. My outfits are always inspired by girlhood and embracing my whimsical side. I like to wear lots of pink and bright patterns because I want my style to feel as cheerful as possible!”

“I’m wearing a Majorette jacket from Canned Ham Vintage, my hat I just bought A Current Affair from Ziggy Love, tutu is from Goodwill and my 60s pony hair bag is from a vintage store that doesn't exist anymore unfortunately. Usually, my inspirations come from everything around me: books, movies, friends, the city, anything and nothing! My looks change every day because I believe that when the sun rises again, you become a slightly different person with new needs and desires. And when I buy something, 90% of the time thrifted or vintage, I need to fall in love with it, or it has to remind me of a great memory. But the most important is I need to feel happy when I dress.”

“I’m wearing vintage novelty ’Singlasses’, CDG cotton outer, vintage reworked fabric pajama suit, and vintage yellow Chuck Taylors. I look for comfort while still having a unique and fun look.”

“I’m wearing a Henri Bendel silk coat, AGL boots, a unlabeled vintage brocade dress. My style inspired by Jake Lichter.”

“My outfit consists of different thrifted pieces, apart from the pants which were handmade by a friend and boots which are Camper. Currently I am inspired by all of the clothes in my closet, coming up with new ways to wear things, and combine different pieces and colors in ways I haven't explored yet. I think that being limited by the clothes in your closet can be very inspiring.”

“I’m in tip to tail vintage: plaid mohair scarf from Beacon’s Closet, open knit mohair cardigan from Known to Man, fried egg ringer from Arcade, hand painted circus pants from a Brooklyn artist Chris Piazza’s garage sale, silver Joan & David mary janes from Suprette sale pop up, and a tangerine Coach day pack from Worship. The tights are vintage too – which means the elastic has gone and it’s making me waddle. I dress to be taken seriously.”

“I’m wearing a sparkly pink Sies Marjan suit with a big pink faux fur Blanc Noir coat and black loafers that were all sent to me by the thrifting gods via Chelsea Flea Market and Beacon’s Closet. My seashell necklace is from my hometown in Florida. I’ve always been deemed extremely feminine by others. In recent years, I’ve become pretty aware of the societal implications that come with that, and after a period of insecurity, I’ve decided to lean in instead. I’m learning more to be bold in redefining my femininity on my own terms. People express it differently. This is my way.”

“I’m wearing a vintage Victorian revival lace top from Black Marketplace Vintage Boutique, Ragged Priest jeans, a Balenciaga City bag, and a cropped faux fur. My style is inspired by combining romantic elements with imperfect/ rugged pieces.”

“I am wearing a vintage fringe suede jacket, a vintage LL Bean button down, and a thrifted pair of linen trousers. Boots are Rothy’s and the bag is also vintage from one of my favorite sellers Omnia Vintage. Lately I’ve been really inspired by the 60s and 70s. My husband and I watched the movie Hair last night which kind of inspired this outfit today. As I’ve been getting older I’ve been more interested in comfort. I guess I’m dressing the way 19-year-old me imagined 35-year-old me dressing, and that apparently involved a lot of swingy pants, kaftans, and bold prints.”

“I’m wearing a 60s silk scarf and 60s glasses on head, 70s polyester shirt and modern mohair cardigan, 1940s skirt made of neckties, and reflective rainbow color Margiela tabi boots. According to a friend, my lucky colors this year are green and pink, so I am wearing them a lot!”

“I’m wearing a vintage leather coat by Maxima, Etro men’s shirt, Altuzarra skirt, Mansur Gavriel bag and Stuart Weitzman heels. I was living in Milan for ten years and studying in art school. It was important to look formal especially in the morning so I still have a lot of shirts and blazers. In the evening I was often in galleries so I needed something eye catching but still elegant and dark. Usually I’m trying to dramatize and exaggerate office outfits with oversized elements, strong contrasting palettes and obviously high heels. Something like an 80 business woman and young Diane Keaton. I think the latest YSL can be close to this.”

“I’m wearing a 40s silk blouse over an Issey Miyake Pleats Please halter top, Mary McFadden pleated trousers, and 90s red leather boots. I accessorized with my grandmother’s silk scarf, lots of jewelry, a 70s chain belt, and an antique belt pouch. I’m currently inspired by the items and objects I come across when sourcing. I’ve been really into delicate antiques, handmade garments from the 40s, and good 70s denim.”

“I’m wearing cowboy boots from El Patron Mexico, dress from El Hilo Mexico, bomber from Ukrainian brand TTSWTRS, bag from an African handmade store and Deus Ex Machina cap. I guess I can describe my style as a hippie chic – some pieces are cool and trendy on a pricy side and some are from thrift stores, inspired by traveling and being supportive of independent brands.”

“I’m wearing a chartreuse top with jeans from Cider, black patent leather platforms, leather fringe jacket from Nasty Gal, and a faux fur hat. I’m currently inspired by juxtaposition and resonating with the planetary days. Friday is Venus day so I am wearing green. I also love being elevated so I’m always in some kind of platform or heel.”
