As for art tips, I don't use procreate, I use ibispaint x, so I don't know very well how procreate works.
On that note, the best advice I can give you is to not be afraid of playing around with things, getting a feel for how the different tools work, find what you think works for you and the art you do.
It's also helpful to look up tutorials on the kinds of things you want to draw, and I mean that (it's helped me a TON for SUREE). And, of course, feel free to ask me questions, I'm always down to do my absolute best to try and help πππ
