i have tea every morning but i need to plan out when i have espresso.. i love espresso but because of focusing issues if i don't harness the power of the espresso in the right way it can be too overstimulating. i need to have some minimal ambient sound (milieu) + keep my attention on one thing (handwriting or typing out journal-ing thoughts). if i have espresso and then have 60 tabs open and work on multiple things then my brain is going to be useless after like 1pm
trying to get more into the habit of asking myself 'what is my specific reason for doing this' for typically mindless actions - to improve attention & focus. what is my specific reason for opening that app,, what is my reason for scrolling through youtube,, there should be at least some sort of intent
