I don't think Red and Horror would like each other. In underfell, intimidation is everything. So for Red, encountering a version of himself who is far scarier without even trying would piss him off (because he's deeply insecure.) In horrortale, monsters have been driven to madness and cannibalism by desperation. So for Horror, encountering a version of himself who chooses violence and darkness when he doesn't have to would piss him off (because he hates what circumstances turned him into.)
