I realised it's been about a year since I opened my eyes to the treasure that is Luke Newton (I don't know the exact date, but I have saved the Man About Town photos on the 6th of April and it took me a couple of day to fight this pointless fight lmao). And so... I wanted to say that no matter the trials and tribulations of being Newts' fan, it's so worth it.

Sure there's haters with their childish antics, there's judgmental pricks who feel comfortable to judge his career and choice through the keyboard without ever pausing to think that what matters the most is what Luke feels happy with - not comparison with other Bridgerton actors, not what his resume looks like on paper.

There's also those moments of silence and zero activity when there's no content to focus on. And finally, there's parasocial freaks who only want him to be an accessory in their script written for their idol.

But there's also wonderful surprises like last November with its completely unexpected events, there's months like February when loyal fans get blessed with their fave, looking damn scrumptious. There's the future that might not be full of content daily, but will sure hold amazing things. And, most importantly, there's a very inspiring actor who's too kind not to be adored, an amazing talent that's ought to be celebrated and a wonderful man that deserves all the happiness and peace in the world.

So, yeah, I'm happy to stan and happy to wait for whatever else he decides to share. No matter when that happens.

Luke Newton Future Projects

We know that he currently has 3 projects in production:

When it rains it pours.

I think that all of these projects will come out around the same time, with Luke doing promotion for all 3. Especially with Viana and White Mars being smaller or independent projects, piggybacking off of the much larger marketing budget and brand recognition of Bridgerton will allow them to boost their projects for the people who miss last season’s leading man.

His name being in multiple spaces at once- in international animated musical, a sci-fi thriller, and a historic romance- will be attention grabbing. Plus he’s sure to announce a few more projects in 2025. His time is coming, and I think when it does it will seem like he’s everywhere.
