heya, I’m Blake (they/them). ‘m an ace trainer from Galar, and- well- an ex-champion so if you recognize me that’s probably why. or maybe from the two disasters I helped stop-

anyways! I’ve done a bit of traveling these last few years, I’ve been to the isle of armor, crown tundra, and Kalos. but right now I’m back in my home region Unova for. college I Guess. I’m not super happy about it but whatever grr

here’s a picture of me ‘n my ace, Kappa! I don’t. actually have any of my Pokemon with me right now cause of the rules of the dumb university I’m attending but I’ll list ‘em all anyways:

IMPORTANT OOC UPDATE

moving blogs + archiving this one

due to lack of motivation to keep up this blog the way it’s going, I’ve decided to restart. I’m keeping this blog up for archival reasons but from now on Blake’s new blog is @pinkpoweredpunk

N’s blog, @thunderblessedhero, will probably be receiving similar treatment (except I am going to use that particular blog again and restart it eventually), and will be inactive for a while. any other blogs I have set in Blake’s universe (like @partnersintime and @scarlet-rider) will also be affected by this little timeline reset, but none of my others will. Auberi and Hop are going to be discord-only characters for now but I’ll prolly introduce them to that blog eventually.

if your character has formed any sort of relationship with Blake, you don’t have to retcon that! if you want you can just say they met Blake via Gliscord or some other social media platform etc.

We were living a quiet life. I always wished that my children would become doctors and engineers. Suddenly, our lives turned into a nightmare. This is my home after October 7. Now we hope that this war will end and we will return to our homes as we were, safe. Now we are lying in one of the streets in a tent in Deir al-Balah. I hope that you, my brothers, will help me by donating a little so that my innocent children can survive and get out of Gaza as soon as possible. Gaza is a very dangerous place😓💔.

🇵🇸❤🖤🤍💚🇵🇸

Since her last post, Sahar's campaign has raised £295 out of £55,000!

It's wonderful that she's gotten more donations, but we still need more push! The amount isn't even at 1% of her goal!

Even if you can only donate £3.80-£7.87 ($5-10 USD) it would be GREATLY helpful! 🙏🙏(LINK BELOW)

Reminder: This is a family member of @burningnightgiver as confirmed in some DM's I had with both of them! Burningnightgiver is verified by @/90-ghost which means the gfm above should also be legit. I have both their permissions to share this information.

(As a fair warning: I am not certified for vetting blogs, but by association, this campaign should be legit. Please donate or reblog if you are comfortable.)

Vetted by association. @/a-ss-123 is a relative of @burningnightgiver (@burningnightgiver's campaign has been shared by 90-ghost). See screenshot below for proof. I was asked by @burningnightgiver to share her campaign.

Currently £467 raised of £55,000 target!

UPDATE: £827 raised out of £55,000 as of today!!

LET'S KEEP IT UP! KEEP REBLOGGING AND PUSHING FOR DONATIONS!

😭Donations are starting stagnate and slow down💔! We are 23 DAYS into this campaign and not even at 2% of the goal needed to evacuate Sahar and her family to safety!

Please, even if it's only $5 USD (£3.80 GBP) you can make a difference! Please don't think your donation would be insignificant, because you would be helping Sahar and most importantly her children!

🍉❤You can do so much for so little!💔🍉

And of course if you are not able to donate, please please PLEASE reblog and share this post! I will have it queued on my blog to post everyday, if anyone needs to find it!

Thank you so much for your time, from the bottom of our hearts ❤🤍💚🖤

In light of the details from this post I just reblogged, as well as an ask I received showing that fundraisers run by an individual 'Ziad Okasha' have been scamming people and stealing money from the Ghazzans the fundraisers were organized for, I have placed the fundraisers on lines 172 and 218 in the fundraiser list under special instructions listed by the name. The Ghazzans the fundraisers were for were real and vetted, the organizer broke their trust and one of them has a working replacement for his fundraiser.

If you donated to the following two fundraisers or any fundraiser organized by 'Ziad Okasha', please request a refund:

If you're not sure, then search 'Ziad Okasha' in your email inbox search and see if you have a GFM donation receipt for a fundraiser he held. If you do get funds refunded for Karam Rafeek's fundraiser, here's his new one with a trusted organizer:

GFM will have to investigate and find a way to retrieve the money from the organizer after he already withdrew it. So it will take time to refund it. Time is of the essence, I'm sorry I didn't work on this sooner.

(( waugh I'm gonna b honest guys my motivation to run this blog has been LOW recently

like I keep trying to get back into it but all I keep doing is starting these arcs that I end up getting bored of after a week and either forget about or wrap up really sloppily-

a part of me WANTS to restart this blog but like it's been around for over a year now and I would feel kinda bad to just. retcon everything up until now

I've considered just restarting at the end of the interlude arc but I dunno-

I'm also partially tempted to restart at like, the very beginning of Blake's BW arc but I know that's EXTREMELY far back sooo probably not- ))

(( a friend suggested just starting a new blog and keeping this one up for archival purposes so that’s probably what I’m gonna do

this change will probably happen. soooooon-ishhh?

also for the record: anyone with characters who’ve formed friendships and/or interacted w/ Blake don’t have to like, have them forget about their existence once I restart, you can just say ur character met them thru Gliscord or some other social media platform before if you want

I’ll make a post tagging the new blog once I get around to setting everything up! ))

Help My Family Survive and Find Safety in Gaza

Dear friends and merciful people

Imagine losing everything that is dear to you in one day. This is the harsh reality that my family is facing in Gaza. I am is Hasan Alserr, and I communicate with you with a heart full of pain and a desperate call for help.

On July 28, 2024, my world crashed when my mother and sister were tragically killed during an attack on the tent displaced in the safe areas of Muwasi Khan Yunis, as the Israeli occupation claims. Our family of seven has been destroyed - my father, my only sister four brothers. Now, we are only five people, struggling to survive under horrific conditions.

Donate Here:

Our home has been completely demolished and homeless. In addition, my father has the only source of income that supports us, as we have been displaced several times, and every transition strips us of stability and hope. One day the walls were safe, leaving the survivors' family in a temporary tent, holding on to hope amid their broken dreams.

We desperately need your support to survive and eventually evacuate from Gaza. Your donations will provide basic supplies, help us secure safer living conditions, and help evacuate efforts. Every contribution, no matter how small, will make a big difference in our battle for survival.

Your donation and sharing of our story will greatly help us build our lives, provide the necessary protection for all of us, and provide the main necessities of life, including food, treatment, and basics.

Thank you for your kindness and standing with us during this critical time.

With sincere appreciation,

Hasan Alserr,

I attach these photos and videos to you, because they convey my story more realistically.

To follow up on what happens first to my family, on Instagram, @hasanalserr or X (Twitter) @hassanalserr7

Voices from Beneath the Rubble: A Life Suspended in Gaza

Rebuilding Lives: A Family's Struggle and Need for Support in Post-War Gaza

In the heart of Gaza, a once-thriving family now grapples with the harsh realities of war. Mohammed Alanqer, a dedicated engineer, had built a promising technology startup that was the cornerstone of his family’s livelihood. However, the war has left his business in ruins, and his family displaced, facing severe financial and health challenges.

The Impact of War on Livelihood and Education

The destruction of Mohammed's startup has stripped the family of their primary source of income. This loss is compounded by the closure of schools in Gaza, depriving their children, Layan, Sarah, and Adam, of their right to education. With the educational institutions in disarray, the children’s future remains uncertain, threatening to deepen the cycle of poverty and instability.

Health and Safety Concerns

The war has not only affected their financial stability but also put the family's health at risk. The destruction of hospitals has left Mohammed's wife, Enas Majed, in a precarious situation, particularly during her pregnancy with their youngest child, Amir. The family also struggles with medical conditions, including their son Adam’s battle with viral hepatitis and other illnesses like measles, which have become prevalent due to the lack of proper healthcare facilities.

The Urgent Need for Support

The family has been forced to flee their home multiple times, living in constant fear and without basic necessities such as clean clothes and adequate food. Their situation has become increasingly desperate, with the cost of escaping to a safer environment being prohibitively high. The financial burden of crossing borders, estimated at $5000 per adult and $2500 per child, is beyond their means.

A Call for Help

Mohammed and his family urgently need support to overcome these challenges. The total estimated costs for providing education, housing, and essential needs amount to between 27,817 and 42,485 euros annually. This includes:

- Education Costs: 11,817 - 18,485 euros per year

- Housing Costs: 12,000 - 18,000 euros per year

- Basic Needs: 4,000 - 6,000 euros per year

This financial assistance would enable the family to secure a stable and safe environment, ensure the children’s return to education, and provide the necessary healthcare to overcome their current difficulties.

Conclusion

The story of Mohammed Alanqer’s family is a testament to the resilience and determination to survive in the face of unimaginable adversity. However, their journey cannot be completed without external support. By contributing to their cause, you can help rebuild a future where Mohammed’s children can grow up in safety, pursue their education, and live with dignity.

Help Ahmed & Hadeel

Hello everyone, Thank you for reading my story. I'm Ahmed Sadeq, I'm 30 years old, a Palestinian from Gaza.

Before the war, our life was full of happiness, where l worked for on online news newspaper.

I was preparing for my wedding to partner Hadeel which was going to take place in December 2023, I was also preparing our house for us to live in

Afrer the start of the war on Gaza, I lost my job due to constant internet outage.

Unfortunately, I lost the house in which I intended to live with my wife, Hadeel.

I had ro get married without a wedding and lived in modest tent.

We were able to leave Gaza to Egypt, with my wife and elderly parents who suffer from" chronic diseases ", by paying the evacuation cost of $5,000 per person.

Now we all live in one house in a modest neighborhood called Arbaeen in Cairo

How Funds Will Be Used:

Basic Necessities:

your generous donation will go toward help us to pay the house rent and meet our basic needs of food, drink, and clothing, in addition to medicine for my elderly parents in Egypt.

None of us have permanent residency in Egypt and therefore we can't work.

Evacuation fees:

The rest of my family members are in tents in the Al_Mawasi area inside Gaza, and you help them meet their basic needs of food, clothing, and drink.

They live in difficult conditions and are surrounded by insects and snakes.

Reconstruction:

My demolished home and my family's home in Gaza.

Your donation, no matter how small, can make a big difference in helping us, our family, and rebuilding our future. Every contribution will go directly to providing us with the support and resources we need

To get through this difficult time

Hello 👋

Please take a moment to read my story.

I am Heba Al-Dahdouh. I currently live in the completely destroyed city of Gaza. Since the war on Gaza began on 7/1/2024, my family- my father Nasif, my mother Asmaa, and my siblings Khaled, Ahmad, Muhammad, and Malak-have been living in constant fear, crying, and suffering due to shrapnel, shells, and bullets.

We have no food, no electricity, no cooking gas, no schools, no homes, no cleaning supplies, and no clothes. Our house was completely destroyed. My school has been bombed, and my brother Khaled's university is now rubble, depriving us all of education. The war has forced us to live in displacement centers, which are just tents unsuitable for living, especially in winter.

Every day we live death, terror, and panic a thousand times because of the ongoing bombardment of my city. The war has killed more than 50 of my relatives and neighbors. At the start of the war, we sought refuge at my aunt's house, but it too became rubble. Imagine: we have survived imminent death more than 20 times and have been displaced among shelters more than 13 times. My siblings and I have suffered from many illnesses due to malnutrition, and we need medication continuously.

If we stay in Gaza, we might lose our lives. Recently, we have been seriously considering leaving Gaza for a safe place. However, travel costs are extremely high. We need over $50,000 to leave Gaza. Due to exorbitant prices, rampant unemployment, lack of security, the ongoing siege, and relentless bombardment, we have lost all our money. How can we live in such insecurity, with constant shelling and shrapnel flying above us? Dear compassionate friends around the world,

With your generous donations, even if small, you can save 7 people from imminent death, allowing us to start a life outside Gaza filled with love, peace, and hope.

With my warmest regards from the city of Gaza,

Heba Al-Dahdouh.

The twins, Mayar and Ahmed, are 3 years old. Ahmed suffers from a head disease that cannot tolerate high temperatures. He lives in a tent and needs treatment. 💔💔

Mayar has developed a severe allergy in her body, and she needs ointment and clean water. Help Ahmed and Mayar get out of Gaza, get treatment, live their lives, and enjoy their childhood. Please donate, and if you can’t, share this post.💔🙏🏻

Trapped family in Gaza appeals for help to survive

I'm a mother of a 2-year-old child. His name is yousef... I see my son growing up in front of me and I do not know how or when. This is not what I wished for him. I was dreaming of a wonderful life to spend with him...a life not full of death, fear, destruction and deprivation...I wanted to fill his room with toys and his closet with clothes, and I wanted to buy children's books for him, but I couldn't...the war came and the wishes were gone...my goal became to provide him with milk and food. I can barely afford anything. Everything is expensive and we no longer have income to enable us to buy his needs. Kram eggs have been deprived of many of his basic needs. He has been deprived of safety and stability..No, fruits, or meat.

There is nothing but fear that fills my son's eyes as soon as he hears the voices around him. He does not realize what It happens outside, but he feels and sees it in our eyes when he looks at us.I cannot protect myself and my son. Help me to save my son yousef. He deserves a better life, as do all the children of Gaza and the world. Alone, I cannot, but with your help, we will be able to find a safe place and a better future for my son. Be a reason to change a child's life for the better by visiting our link on GoFundMe. And donate anything to us, no matter how small...every dollar makes a difference and give a life for my son..

I am Youssef. I was very young at the beginning of the war, but now I have grown up and can walk and know how to speak and understand everything. I hope to get your help in publishing or donating on our Aaljo Fund Me account

5£ may seem small

The most difficult decision for us was to leave our country, to leave Gaza, overcome the obstacles we faced and the losses we suffered, and begin a new life from scratch.

Taking a look🇵🇸🍉

I’m Maria from Gaza 🍉🇵🇸….. I need your help if you can

Maria’s family, once settled in northern Gaza, has faced unimaginable hardship since the outbreak of conflict on October 13. At 21, Maria is a pharmacy student, dedicated to her studies despite the dire circumstances. The family of six was forcibly displaced, moving south multiple times as they endured relentless bombing, destruction, and displacement.

The war has ravaged their lives profoundly. Their home was destroyed, and Maria's father, who owned a perfume business, lost everything—his shops and warehouses burned to the ground. The family’s struggle is compounded by starvation, diseases, and the constant interruption of essential services like electricity and fuel. The family’s situation is further exacerbated by the loss of their livelihoods and the death of numerous relatives.

Currently, they live in a tent, struggling to rebuild both their home and their means of support. Despite these overwhelming challenges, Maria remains resolute in her pursuit of education and her determination to help her family recover from the devastation they have endured.
