Fun Saw Fact!
The reason Leigh Whannell has black nail polish in these photos is because they went back and did reshoots for the Reverse Bear Trap scene, and Leigh hand-doubled for Shawnee Smith. Those are Leigh's hands in the extra gory shots of Amanda digging through the guts.
