Listen I think the most fascinating dynamic for Elayna in a vampire AU would be with Tymon. Like, come on. "We met when we were 11, and now we've known each other centuries, which means you've seen the best, the worst, AND the pre-teen/teenage me"? Combined with the "You meant something to me at some point, but it's been so long I don't have the words for what it is and time has warped it anyway" + Elayna marrying Tymon's uncle?? And the fact they're both queer and Elayna embraced her queerness/gender fuckery early on enough she's fine while even centuries later Tymon can't even face the fact he's not a cishet male??? Also not even getting into the weird dynamic that develops during the Dance

I just think it's neat

And they've had literal centuries of this, which adds so much more! And they can get hurt but they're almost impossible to kill which means they'd be able to act on their worst instincts in this! They've been fucking each other up for as long as both of them can remember

It also means if Tymon goads Elayna into putting a cigarette out on him, well. He gets the pain and no one knows because it heals quick

whenever i find a good world heritage post i do my best to carefully remove unnecessary "why is this so funny!!" or "i cant believe i found the original" reblog comments. sometimes it takes a bit of work digging back through the reblog graph to accomplish this but fine art restoration is tedious but important work

April Fools day here is always funny because my dash is full of “here’s a Rick roll but it’s actually a different song” “here’s ‘do you love the color of the sky’ just kidding! It’s not the full long post!” “Here’s a drawing I made of a kitty! Just kidding!
