Things I have translated where Mads talks about Mathieu:

From the autobiography - what happened at the Men’s Junior race in the 2013 World Championships where he finished second after Mathieu:

”At the finish line I was only 3 damn seconds behind and had to make do with a silver medal. It was, after all, a good result – almost a miracle keeping in mind my situation 10km from the finish – but it was not what I had come for, and I was bitter for a while. I had beaten him many times and had the best luck in most of our duels. On the other hand, there’s no shame in losing to van der Poel. He is an insanely good bike rider and was already double junior world champion in cross at the tame. After the Worlds race, we got drunk as shit at a party. Van der Poel stole a parasol somewhere and ran around with that and a lit candle. He poured wax over Jonas Gregard who stood there and yelled ’It’s snowing, it’s snowing!”

The excerpt is accompanied by this picture where the text identifies Mathieu as "min evige plageånd" - basically the guy who's always bothering him and being a nuisance. If I have shippy goggles on, I can also mention it's specifically "my eternally bothering guy".
