Cry, Stanley's stans... But he would've never confessed. If the guy was that calm after hidding it, I have no doubt that he would've still sleep at night. The one who worries me it's Ford. He would've think the failure was all on him. Under the tons of expectations he was under, that would've destroyed him, probably becoming a science teacher or stuff. He would probably stay with Stan tho. Just to have some more story, I guess he and Stan managed to create the portal (Ford's curiosity and Stan's charisma). In some moment Bill reveals what really happened to separate the twins so he can manipulate Ford more easily, but at certain point Ford finds out Bill's true intentions, makes peace with Stanly and they both turn off the portal.

What if Bill possessed Mabel instead of Dipper in Sock Opera?

I can't really see that happening. Not only Dipper was in a state that Bill took advantage of, but Mabel wouldn't be interested in anything Bill could offer. The literal only way I can think this could happen is that we change the twins. Bill offers Mabel the help to make the best play ever and get Gabe's heart while Dipper takes good naps between the password attempts. Something goes wrong with the play and Mabel makes the deal with Bill. He takes her body, repairs the puppets (With some twist) and makes the play to achive his part of the deal. Dipper would act quicker because he's more aware on details (Headhunters, people, Headhunters) and he usually doubts less into jump to action. Dipper manages to face Bill, but the twist is that the puppets are alive. They take the laptop and threaten to destroy it, Bill tries to persuade Dipper like he tried with Mabel, it doesn't work, the laptop gets destroyed with the play and the puppets and probably because of... Disney's magic, I guess, Bill loses control over Mabel's body, she returns and happy ending. Probably Gabe attacks Dipper because he destroyed her sister's work, but Mabel takes responsability. Dipper apologizes for the play, Mabel for the laptop and everything, the end. It's basically a whole new episode and it has a lot of plot holes... But it's the best I can think.

What if Rumble Mcskirmish had killed Dipper?

I actually don't think that was possible, at least not once they started the "official" fight. Rumble's game is a parody of "Street Fighter," and in both that and the gameplay of "Fight Fighters" itself that we see at the beginning of the episode, matches end in a KO, not death. When the fight started, health and score bars appeared for both him and Dipper, which means their fight followed the rules of the game Rumble is from. And before that, Rumble wasn't inclined to fight Dipper (though it's possible he could've killed Robbie, since no game rules showed up for that).
He might've been able to actually kill things during Weirdmaggedon as well, since in that case he was animated by Bill's Weirdness rather than his own magic cheat code.

I decided to organize my stories into little masterposts for each pairing/ fandom for my own frame of reference and for anyone who is looking for that pairing to read and might be interested. I'll tag these fics posts as Lemonadewine in case this clutters your tags.
First up, because they have the most entries : Pacifica x Dipper
A fic about the conversations and events that formed their relationship. Quite the slow burn and about a year in to their friendship, and not even close to done. Super banter-y (75% banter and 25% meaningful moments). Not much plot if we're being honest but the most in depth, addressing Pacifica's home life and Dipper's parents too. They’ve started exploring anomalies together and that’s a bit more plot-y
A series of drabbles, two chapters each of little first kiss scenarios because I keep writing superfluous scenes that I think are too cute to toss away. I mostly love dialogue so all of these are incredibly chats heavy.

A flash forward and back fic of the Northwest's pact with some sort of joy stealing demon. Pacifica recruits the twins to help her appease the demon to avoid ghosts trying to kill her and get rid of the curse. A year later, the twins don't remember what happened that summer and have to piece it all back together.
Another slightly longer drabble where Dipper and Pacifica meet up eight years after their summer romance at fifteen and then losing contact entirely. Pacifica offers to give Dipper the night of his life and nightclub non-sober adventures await (with some angst, obviously) The only rated M fic. Currently on its first chapter.
