The way curly haired Kory is slowly coming back to us is so incredibly important and makes me so unbelievably happy 🤧🥰

It's spring break and I've decided to dedicate my time to silly ship dynamics with these dumbasses so expect more in a short amount of time ‼️⭐❤

There’s a mission. Relatively low stakes, sudden, should be easy. The call to suit up goes off, but Tony can’t do it.

He’s not well. He just doesn’t have it in him, today. Still, he’s trying not to let the other know how bad it is.

So Tony gets an idea. He sends the suit without him. With his voice as AI over comms. The suit is empty, but they don’t need to know that. It doesn’t matter. (They don’t need him, just Iron Man.)

The mission goes well. The suit does what it needs to do, no hitch at all. Nobody notices that Tony’s not in the suit.

Tony watches from his workshop, silent. He watches the AI of his voice make jokes and quips and save people, he watches his teammates interact with the suit. Nobody notices.

The suit returns an hour later. Nobody knows.

It’s the nail in the coffin. They really don’t need him.

(It becomes a habit, to send the suit alone. He becomes a shell of himself, in more than one sense. People start thinking something’s a little wrong, but nobody is too concerned. Tony’s just a little quieter, they think.)

(That is until, on a mission, the suit gets impaled. Point blank, through and through. And tony watches his teammates rush to save the hollow suit. Rush to save him, but there’s nobody to save. Tony watches from his workshop, as his teammates pry the suit open. As they realize he’s not there.)

(And now he has to face the questions. How long as he been doing this? Why?)

the thing about being nonbinary is that you really do start to forget that other people have such strict walls around what is and isn’t allowed for genders. i thought we all agreed that we made that up. could you climb out of the cave real quick and feel the sunshine for a minute.

i always found the deadpool ref in the spider-islands map in rivals hilarious and adorable, it's such a small detail

I just love when a duo of fictional characters has inside jokes, it makes everything more real and relatable, like, I can just get Spideypool and make it work;

Middle of a serious discussion between hero fellows, probably about some ending-world level threats, then Deadpool suddenly leans in, and whispers in Peter's ear something VERY specific that only them would understand, and having the MOST dead serious face. Peter bursts out. he's dying. Everyone around them just stares, they gave up on looking for context, they accepted the fact they're dealing with two idiots.

in a world where sam and bucky live together bucky accidentally finds sam’s red yarn and push pin board in his closet with bucky’s face in the middle and then yarn going to every place sam THOUGHT bucky was at when he was searching for him in 2014-2016 and sam’s basically forgotten about it until one day he wakes up and goes into the kitchen and it’s hung up on the goddamn wall and each place is labeled with tiny sticky notes that have either a check or an x that bucky put there bc he scored how often sam was correct
