prowl and ultra magnus are radically different people and the best way i can summarize it is that, if they were playing chess against each other, ultra magnus would have the classical strategies memorized and deploy them judiciously, while prowl would also have the classical strategies memorized and also steal ultra magnus' pieces when he wasnt looking and then gaslight the shit out of him when ultra magnus goes hey did you take my pieces. because to prowl a fair fight is a fight youve already lost, and to ultra magnus its chess, not a fight.
