Val Kilmer was and will always be a legend, and the beautiful thing about his work is that it was iconic and monumental to people like our parents when he was young and saw a rebirth with our generation through movies like Top Gun Maverick that allowed his movies even outside of Top Gun to find new fans and garner further, much deserved respect even decades later.

preface: DONT GET EXCITED! this project is completely scrapped, lol. anyway. i realized i never ended up posting these... they were for a now-scrapped b&w warrior cats comic i was wanting to make, featuring one of my sootslashes. i did the first two pages, and i actually really like how they came out (which is why i'm bothering posting them) but i never ended up working on the comic afterward. i think it was a combination of me getting distracted by something else + losing motivation? the plot was about (as you can probably discern), the river of this clan flooding, which washed away sootpaw (whose the one in the middle, with the black tufted ears and solid white face). she'd be found by a wandering starclan cat who was sent down to guide sootpaw back to the clans.

the starclan cat was flipstar, who i know i had some sort of lore for but i never wrote it down. their descriptions are actually (sootpaw): creamy-white with dark brown ear tips, rump and tail. and (flipstar) solid white with a bright ginger right face, ear and neck. sootslash's siblings were darkpaw and hazelpaw and her dad there is kitelichen! i didn't have anything planned out other than the basic plot summary i mentioned, which i think also contributed to me not continuing this. but i still like the pages that i did, so i wanted to post them, cause i realized i never did ! (i did these last year in september).
