do yall have a preference for reading on tumblr vs ao3? and like would you be turned off reading a fic if its only on ao3

basically im thinking abt posting the fic im working on rn just to ao3 (its a member × member longfic with kinda heavier topics so i feel like it wont be as popular here on tumblr regardless lol) but im wondering if that would instantly turn a lot of ppl away who might otherwise read it

i do have my fics set as visible to everyone so you dont need an ao3 account to read there. and i would probably still update and link to new chapters here

#posting to tumblr is just sm more difficult like god why #esp if its longer or with multiple parts/chapters #anyway i doubt the fic in question will be posted for a while still but yea #i only have like 3 chapters written #.txt
