I am working on 3 different builds, and I've yet to furnish one

it been a while since I posted something for cas. This is Shayla, a young adult looking to be a Computer Whiz. she's a Genuis, Materialistic, and Romantic sim.

tbh, I was contemplating if I want to take photos for sims using Gshade or take them raw. However, looking at the striking difference and especially the hair shadow and the clothing texture, it's obvious which one wins.

Finally Done - CC Build

I've been working on this build for months, I took many breaks, obviously, it is a huge build for me, and I wanted to make something that represent what I enjoy playing with.

If you saw my previous updates you would have already seen these, but I just wanted to share them with my shader.

I have shown some of the kitchen and entryway, that's why I only included a photo of the living and dining room.

the second floor is a study and a library, there are multiple sitting areas in the hallway, and a bar.

finally the third floor have 2 bedroom, ensuite bathroom and three balconies.

Found My Preset - 154th Nookstone

I built an industrial/modern summer build for a musician and a mixologist. I played with basement and platforms. There is a lot of natural light.

Pack: Base Game Only

Style: Natural, industrial and light

So, I was playing around with shaders, and I think this is what I want. Dreamy, a little desaturated, with grainy texture, and blurry background.

I'll keep playing with shadows and maybe colors, but tbh I like it as it is now ^-^.

The Futures Past - Oasis Springs

If you play the sims 4, you definitely visited or at least heard about the most hideous museum build in Del Sol Valley, the world that came with Get Famous. I was inspired to build a museum but I focused on building a base game one. More importantly, I was inspired by Deligracy's origami build and wanted to make something interesting and artistic? *-*

Style: modern, simple, and light

I used @helgatisha Gshade preset, I'm still searching for the right reshade, and I had the stupid idea to make my own. I will share my experiment and the new build in the next post.

The Sims 4 GShade

I finally installed Gshade. I used Simsvie tutorial and their preset. Make sure you choose your correct DX, usually, it is 9... but you can change it in the graphic tab when you start your game.

I needed something darker, more moody, so I found Moonivys preset. I choose the Planet preset, the second version.

I've been in a fantasy/outdoorsie run lately; this is a strect pack build, 3 expansion packs (Get Togather, Cottage Living, Discaver University) and 2 game packs (Realm of Magic, Jungle Adventure) however, just so you know, I used Discaver University for the corner ivy/vines ONLY)

This is without any shaders but... 3 mods, lol. In case you're wondering:

No blu - Darker version. I think downloading Darkest is better for me personally

No glo

I like building in Oasis Spring more than other base game world just because it's warm and it feels different from the rest. I built a modern house using only base game, of course. It's between 55k or 57k, I could be wrong ^-^

I tried to keep the modern feel cr the interior while also using some groovy/70s accent.

So... apartment. I was inspired by the Cozy Kitsch Kit by @myshunosun and built an orange maximalist/groovy apartment and saved it as the apartment name (1310 21 Chic Street) in San Myshuno. My gallery id is samthedoodler

Modern CC Build

I was in the mood to build a cc build, but I wanted to build something easy and in my comfort zone. Modern builds are the easiest and closest to my heart.

I built it in the Willow Creek starter neighbourhood, tbh the lighting is terrible from the front, but the back... *chef kiss* I used mostly cc from several creators

I used an elevator CC by @syboubou that required a mod by @ravasheencc to work.

I Love Landscaping

Maybe I overdid it with the front garden greenery. I wanted to use the terrain tool to create a hill and then add rocks and plants.

fun fact, the true inspiration for this build is the green windows, I just wanted to use them on a red panelling.

Procrastinating

Blue Estate base game build. I had to do something other than the French chateau because it is bigger than I anticipated (still stuck on the third floor). for a couple or single sim, it is a treat.

and it is furnished, YES it is 107,000~ and it is a lot for a 15x20 I think.

Basegame Tudor House

I was trying to finish the Grim Reaper's quest, but the game did not register when I planted Lily and Snapdragon. fortunately, I wasn't alone and it seems to be a bug.

Whatever, since I can't do anything about the quest, I wanted to build something different from what I'm used to.

This is a small Tudor shell using only basegame, because I wanted to challenge myself lol.

So I'm still working on the French Chateau or whatever it is at the moment. I have yet to finish or close to finishing necessarily but I've differently finished the exterior.
