My name is Ahmed, I’m 20 years old, and I’m from Gaza City. I used to dream of a peaceful life, completing my education, and getting a job, but the war has turned that dream into something impossible [broken heart emoji] [loudly crying face emoji]. We lived through this massacre in every painful detail, and we are still in pain [pensive face emoji]. We were so happy when the ceasefire was announced, and we returned to our homes in the north of Gaza after being displaced for a year and a half in a tent in the south of the Strip. After we fixed a small room in our destroyed house to live in and start over, unfortunately, the war returned, stronger than before [broken heart emoji]. Now, we have no shelter and no source of income. We have exhausted all our savings during the war. I know that I started my campaign very late, but that’s because there is no other way to help my family [folded hands emoji]. I am fully confident and hopeful that someone here will help us as much as they can and save my family in these difficult circumstances [pensive face emoji].

Alex (@hell-bent-in-a-fever-dream) is dying of breast cancer. Her health has drastically declined; see her post and her fundraiser page for more details.

Please help save Alex's life. If you donate to her treatment fund and send me proof of your donation, I will draw a small doodle for you. Here are some examples of my art:

Your drawing will probably look more or less like the art above (quick and simple), but I can put in a bit more effort to make it less messy/sketchy. It doesn't have to be just the character's head; that's just how I happened to draw those two, and they were the best recent pictures of my art that I had.

Since my art style is cartoony, I'm best at drawing characters that are cartoony in design. I will draw realistic/live action characters as well, though in my own art style. I'm tagging this post with some media that I like and would be happy to draw for, but you can request other things too.

Your request can be simple (e.g. "Can you draw Adam from Saw?") or more specific (e.g. "Can you draw Adam from Saw feeding a stray cat?"). It also doesn't have to be from a piece of media; you can request an animal, a mythical creature, an object, anything! If you don't have any ideas, you can ask me to come up with something, or I can surprise you if you'd like!
