Tonight on Scuddles Cooks Dinner: BBQ Chicken Sandwich with fixins!
I didn't cook this so much as assembled it. I put chicken in the slow cooker and shredded it. Half went in the freezer for white chicken chili whenever I feel like making that. I also made a quick coleslaw and opened some baked beans. For some reason I had this craving for corn muffins with blackberry preserves, weird.
