curious about something for my MMO players, when new content comes out (dungeons/raids/trials) do you prefer going in blind and learning the fight that way OR do you prefer researching beforehand before you attempt the fight? which one is more fun for you?

also tag what MMO you play the most and if that influenced your answer

for context: the new WoW raid drops tomorrow and my guild expects us to research every fight beforehand based off of PTR videos and information, rather than going in blind - I've always preferred doing stuff blind and learning as I go and I find it silly to have to study for something that is a hobby, but I feel like the minority with that opinion in my guild. I'm curious about how other people feel about it.

(if you'd like to reblog this to help my sample size and curiosity, I'd greatly appreciate it!)

"if i was orpheus i simply wouldn't have turned around" if you didn't love her enough to turn around, you didn't love her enough to crawl through the underworld to save her. if you could prevent yourself from looking back, you wouldn't be trying to bring her back to life. if you were able to look forward, you would be grieving.

"if I was orpheus I simply wouldn't have turned around" if you don't love her enough to turn around, you aren't orpheus.
