hallo !! it’s not a bother at all ; it’s really easy to achieve ^__^ i use ibispaint to do this !
so . you have your thing that you want to do that to . duplicate the layer , and use the ‘ change drawing color ‘ effect on the lower layer of it ( found in adjust color ) — i like to make this the lightest color , and go darker as i go , but you go live your dreams !! then , move it to the side ( doesn’t matter which ) by just shifting the X slider ( shown below ! )
thenneenen , you use stroke ( outer ) for the outline ! i almost always make the first colored layer thing have a white or lighter outline , and then the second one depends on the environment around it ( so if you have an overall darker scheme like my banner , probably a white outline , and vice versa ) — you can make more of these layers by just repeating this process and moving it a little more each time !!! i typically also put an outline on the original image as well ദ്ദി ˉ͈̀꒳ˉ͈́ ) —☆

a psd focused in warm tones, cold tones should turn into a grayish blue . may not be sustainable for dark skinned characters . may also need adjustments to fit in some images . like/rb + credit if use . reposts are not allowed
