okay but seriously though, it's crazy how this episode really slammed home how the white male doctors in this ER are not perfect heroes. langdon stole drugs from patients and potentially made all the ativan in the ER unsafe, and this episode he was snarky and rude at santos about it when she didn't do anything wrong in reporting him. abbott roped mohan into performing a surgery she wasn't prepared for, one that he admits that he couldn't have done, and put her in between his beef with another doctor. robby putting mckay into a situation where she absolutely should not have been, and then later he guilted and shamed her for reporting an incel boy who was a potential risk, when she couldn't have known about the shooting happening later and when david does absolutely still need to receive psychiatric help. note how all of them in this situation push a lot of negative shit onto their female colleagues. HMMMMMM!!!!!!
