Hello, I am Samer from Palestine, specifically Gaza.

Please read my story in full because I need your help and my father is injured and needs an urgent operation abroad.

Before October 7th, my family of seven and I were living a beautiful and dignified life like any family in the world. I was studying at the Faculty of Business Administration at Al-Azhar University and we had a beautiful house for the family and I had a shop selling wedding dresses.

A residential tower of 12 apartments was completely destroyed in an Israeli airstrike in the Al-Rimal neighborhood in northern Gaza. Although my family of seven and I survived this bombing, my father was severely injured in his leg and is at risk of losing it due to the lack of hospitals and the complete lack of healthcare to treat the severe burns that affected his body.

When the Nakba occurred on October 7, my family lost their entire home that we used to live in, and we became homeless. I lost my store and my family's source of income, and of course the university I was studying at was reduced to rubble. My father was injured in his foot as a result of the Israeli bombing, and he now needs an urgent surgery that cannot be performed in Gaza because there are no medical facilities in the hospitals. I lost 15 of my friends and relatives, and I am not prepared to lose more of my family and relatives. Therefore, in light of the difficult and harsh circumstances, and the state of displacement, hunger, and fear that we live in in Gaza, I hope that everyone who reads our story will help us get out of the Gaza Strip to the Egyptian side to save the lives of my family. The cost of getting out of the Egyptian border is 5,000 thousand dollars for each person, and we need 3,500 thousand for coordination, in addition to 2,000 dollars for each person in my family to complete our lives and start a new life before it is too late, and to treat my father as soon as possible before his health deteriorates. I ask you to help, even with a little help. Thank you.
