Web is losing this lol to me Web sulking is productive he can write into his book. Nix just, drinks, and makes his friends worry (the one tag with suicide watch, I feel it) but it is easier to understand why Nix sulks, Web, on the other hand, it’s kinda difficult to figure out what’s in his pretty little head
random but if you’re curious as to what this building is on the peleliu airfield in episode 6 it was apparently a japanese administration building. here it is in 1944:
that’s not that interesting but it is cool to see what the building looks like now abandoned 80 years later:
I like to see how everything has become overgrown. comparing the island to what it looked like during ww2 and what it looks like now you really get a sense of how badly peleliu had been bombed between all the dead vegetation and splintered trees. it’s so green in current pictures
