Looking it up, it was sold with EX Jinsei Game for the PS2.

There are absolutely tons of ‘Jinsei Game’ (aka The Game of Life) video games in Japan.  It’s an incredibly popular staple of children’s board games there, and there have been a lot of similar-styled variants for consoles, often with their own unique board layouts and characters.

I played one for the PC Engine a while back called ‘Victory Life’, where you could straight up rob your opponent and galactic punt their car.  I doubt that’s in the official Hasbro games.

Meanwhile, the official Hasbro adaptations had these CGI monstrosities instead…
