One day, Izuku decides to give Katsuki a kiss on the cheek as a 'thank you' for bringing him lunch that day, unfortunately, the pro hero gets addicted to Izuku's cheek kisses and now gets really grumpy whenever the teacher forgets to kiss him after bringing him his bento box.

Everyone notices; the other pro heroes he works with, the people in the agency, and the villains in particular because Katsuki is extra hard on them.

Izuku's students realize what's going on almost immediately, and made a tiktok about it; the villains see it first and start bombarding the UA teacher with messages and anonymous mails asking begging him not to forget to give pro hero Dynamight his kiss on the cheek.

Izuku gets flustered, confused and at first decides to ignore those messages, but one day he notices Katsuki's demeanor changing when the teacher says goodbye without giving him his kiss. And since Izuku doesn't like seeing him sad, he grabs him by the arm and gives him two kisses on the cheek.

The pro hero smiles from ear to ear, blushes and leaves like Aizawa just sent him a text telling him he's the number one hero now.

He's less grumpy that day, and the villains don't have to take that many painkillers after he captures them.

And they're not even dating yet.

Part XXIX

A bad feeling spreads over Izuku's spine like a shiver as he watches Todoroki's hands shake before closing into tight fists.

"Listen... I know what you think about him," he says again, trying to find the right words to calm him down. "But he has apologized more than once for what he did, and he loves me, he truly does. Maybe if you try to spend time with the two of us, you'll get to like him. Perhaps you two can become frie–"

"I doubt it," Todoroki says then, a bit cold. "Izuku... he's not good for you."

This time, the demigod feels slightly irritated at those words. He knows his friend is just being overprotective, but Izuku can take care of himself.

"He is," he says, more firmly this time. "Besides, I can make my own choices."

Stay with me-

What if Tanjuro was Yoriichi reincarnated?

Like we know that Tanjuro was born with a faint mark on his forehead and was able to take down a huge bear with a small axe while being terminally ill.

What if the reason why Tanjuro was sick is because he was too weak to handle Yoriichi's strenght?

Like what if the faint mark he was born with was supposed to be a Demon Slayer mark? Also we don't know the age when Tanjuro died, so it's entirely possible that he died at the age of 25, the age when those with the Demon Slayer mark die.

Also Tanjuro can see into the Transparent world, and the wiki hints that Tanjuro might've had some connection to the Demon Slayer corp.

I like it that'd make Tanjirou Yoriichi's son in a way. His spirit is very protective of him and sometimes appears when Tanjirou needs him the most; sometimes he looks like the father he knew and others like Yoriichi.

Oh boy imagine if the war’s over, some demons and their relatives reincarnate as Tanjiro’s pups, they look somewhat different color wise yet their presence is there:

Kokushibo/Michikatsu & Yoriichi (Muichiro) - their hair’s fluffy but colors are a mix of burgundy & teal, more teal on Michi & more burgundy on Yorii.

Akaza/Hakuji & Rui (Giyuu) - very much like their sire, protective of mommy. Always glaring at alphas who can’t take the hint.

Douma (Tengen) - tall-ish male haired young man who adores the attention of basically anyone.

Gyutaro (Obanai) - skinny young man who has self esteem issues but is willing to protect his siblings and mama

Daki/Ume (Sanemi) - Leucistic young lady who looks pretty but fierce, adores mama the most and papa teaches her fighting moves

Wakuraba (Sanemi) - terror around others but acts angelic at his parents

Nakime (Shinobu) - a well behaved and quiet young lady

Mukago (Mitsuri) - shy young lady

Kamanue (Rengoku) - skittish young man

Kyogai & Rokuro (Gyomei) - large pups

And all of them love their Mommy Tanjirou very much.

Rui: *Points at Tanjirou.* "That's my new big brother."

Kokushibo: "Uh, no actually, he looks very similiar to my little brother, so therefore he's either a replacement for him or his kid, and therefore he's either my little brother and nephew."

Nezuko: "All of you fuckasses can jump into a wisteria bush, he's my big brother, my sweet and kind and forgiving big brother. None of you will take him from me."

Sometimes Nezuko can get a bit protective and possessive of her own brother.

Change of heart

When Tanjirou opens his eyes, there's a hand stroking one of his cheeks gently; it confuses him so much, he doesn't remember how he got there in the first place.

He actually doesn't remember where this place is exactly.

"It's alright, Tanjirou. You're safe."

That can't be Iguro's voice. It sounds completely different; he's kind and smells like he's worried about him.

He tries to move, but the hand touching his cheek slides down to his shoulder to keep him in place.

"Huh?"

"You can't move right now. You're still hurt."

When he looks into mismatched eyes and notices the pain on his leg, he realizes that he's not dreaming.

All the hashira decide to train together, and to get them really motivated, Ubuyashiki tells them that each day, the Pillar who "wins" the training session gets to spend time with Tanjirou all by themselves.

The hashira training is a success, but also wild and chaotic because they all go feral on each other trying to win.

They get a lot better at fighting quickly; they adapt and improve because they desperately want to win at least once so they can go on a date with Tanjirou. They know Tanjirou doesn't think of them as dates, but the hashira happily imagine that's the case.

It's not easy to win; the one who ends up spending the most time with Tanjirou is Gyomei, to no one's surprise; he's the strongest for a reason.

But after a lot of effort, each one wins at least once; Kyojuro and Sanemi win twice, and the wind hashira makes ohagi for Tanjirou on one of his "dates" with the redhead.

Aoi watches everything with irritation, but she's secretly glad to see them all so happy. They deserve it.

Tanjirou clearly enjoys spending time with every single one, although sometimes he wonders why it has to be one at a time.

Ubuyashiki and his family have a bit of fun; it's a great idea to use that as a motivator for the Pillars, but it's also a great way to encourage them to confess.

Most people think that Tanjirou's oblivious nature is the main reason why the Pillars are not properly dating him already, but it's also the fact that they prefer to wait for more peaceful times so they can actually confess.

But in Ubuyashiki's experience, sometimes peaceful times arrive too late, and not everyone stays to experience them.

Of course, he wants them all to survive and live happily after they defeat Muzan, but he's not sure they can achieve all of that.

Which is why he's trying different methods to encourage them to be honest with Tanjirou so they all can begin to enjoy their time with him.

It'd be really nice to have a wedding in the hashira headquarters, especially if the nine Pillars are the ones who are getting married.

However, even though they haven't told Tanjirou the whole truth, Ubuyashiki can tell all of them enjoy every second they get to spend with him.
