don’t mind me getting emotional imagining Levi experiencing gradual firsts like the changes spring and the movement of the stars and scribbling this-

It’s difficult for postwar!Levi to believe he deserves peace. Yes, he’s fought for it, bled for it- but his comrades died for it. Sometimes, on days when the long winter is melting into spring and the sun shines kindly on the brave first flowers pushing defiant heads through frozen soil, he feels like he’s betrayed them by living on.

He knows it isn’t what they’d want him to think. He isn’t a fool. But they aren’t around to chastise him for it. Hange isn’t there to clap him on the shoulder and make fun of his brooding. Erwin isn’t there to remind him what the sacrifice was for. Isabel and Furlan are long gone- they never got to see the way the stars move, following you through time on slow paths.

He didn’t expect them to move, honestly. He’d always imagined the stars stuck like painted dots the wide, dark dome of the sky, permanently holding their poses from the last time they were all together.

It breaks his heart a little even as it comforts him. Nothing stays.

It doesn’t look like I’ll be getting that next chapter of North Star out this weekend like I’d planned, I’m sorry to say. It just takes me a lot longer these days to get anything done. (But if you’ve stuck with me and my fics through this past year, then you’re probably already used to my slow-ass writing.)

I appreciate the support, regardless. Hopefully I’ll have something for you North Star readers soon. <3

Sweet Dreams

Post war Levi x gn! reader. Years after the titans have been wiped out, Levi still finds himself struggling with insomnia. But perhaps a strange type of tea is the key to tiring him out...

Content Guidance: NSFW. preestablished relationship. Reader has a pussy but no gendered terms used. Aphrodisiac. Masturbation. P in V. Lots of cursing. This is post war so Levi uses a wheelchair and is still dealing with the way his body has altered over the years, including scars, old injuries, allusions toward weight gain, and general aging. Approx 2.2k words.

Titans were no longer a threat, but for Levi, the sleepless nights persisted.

It wasn’t just the nightmares or the pain of old injuries, but the nagging thought that he needed to be up, to do something, which lingered and kept him from stealing anything more than a couple of hours of rest.

Hello Sé ~ for the writers ask can I get 13(if any) 16, 25, and 27 💗😌

Hi Q! Thanks for sending in the ask -

13. A fandom you’re thinking about writing for.

I thought I might write more for JJK, but that’s proven to be a more difficult fandom to break into than I thought. I’ll probably just stick with AoT and Levi for now. :-)

16. Favorite place to write

The desk in my little home office, or outside in my backyard in the summertime.

25. Besides writing, what are your other hobbies?

I like to read and garden. I watch A LOT of anime, so I guess I could consider that a hobby. I used to sing and play ukulele quite a bit, but I don’t do that much anymore.

27. Your favorite part of the writing process.

The daydream part of writing when you’re just starting to piece a story together in your head. The next thing you know, you’re thinking about it all the time, certain songs or places make you think about certain parts of the story, until you just *have* to write it down or you’ll explode.

You know what I mean?
