Hello, I saw that you'd changed the wording on your info doc regarding proship ships; however, one of your mods (i'm assuming based off your Bsky following list) does has "proship dni" on their profile. She explicitly states on her Carrd byf that she blocks anyone "Proship/profic or if you interact with people who are proship/profic"
Does that mean anyone proship/profic shouldn't bother to participate in this project in general? I'm unsure if I would be welcomed even if I follow the porject rules and policies. Would accepting proshippers make the mod uncomfortable? I am asking genuinely as I would change my mind about wanting to participate simply because I don't want to work with someone who may already not like me and have biases against me.

Hello! We're sorry for the confusion and thank you for your ask.
What we explicitly mean is; no proship/profic content will be permitted into the zine project. Ex: reki/cherry, miya/adam, etc.
Rest assured, our mod team is very kind and very tolerant when it comes to professional projects, and no biases will be placed come time for contributor selection. The mod teams social media accounts and profiles are preferences for their personal accounts and are not to be used as reflection for how you will be treated in this project. However, if this is something that makes you feel uncomfortable or unwelcome, please use your better judgement on what your decision will be for your participation in this project. Our goal is to have happy and excited contributors who are passionate about sk8, not contributors who are fearful of our mods who are here to help.
As a final word from our mod team, this will be the last time we address questions based on proshipping for the remainder of the project, thank you for your patience and we appreciate the interest in our project!

We've decided to try and keep pro-shipping content as far away from this project as possible, while you may post however you like on your own time, please keep this away from the project.
Q: Hi! I saw that your carrd said ships would be included “within reason”. Can you clarify what that means? Are there ships that aren’t allowed? A: Hello! yes, we allow almost any ship you'd like to include in your pitch/piece so long as they don't fall into proshipping territory. EG. Reki X Cherry.
This is just to make sure the younger cast members like Miya and Reki/Langa don't fall into harmful ships with the older cast members.
