I very much think school spirits is going to have a Romeo and Juliet ending. I think Simon isn't really dead, but Maddie won't know that and thinking everything she loves is on the other side, will go back permanently. But since Simon isn't really dead, they'll end up back where they started and he'll make the choice to stay with her.

No one can convince me the school spirits don't have a dnd campaign. NO ONE. You can't tell me they didn't watch a group of nerds running their own at lunch or an after school club, make fun of it, then all side eye eachother as they run off to create their own. Look at them, they're a bunch of geeks and freaks desperate for an escape from their sad reality. They meet every Saturday for a twelve hour session, convince me otherwise.

I propose a musical episode of voyager but it's entirely a long extended version of the cabin fever song from the muppets treasure island.
