I think some members of the ff7 party have their own workout routines with varying exercises depending on what they're going for.

The ones I think would have a full-on routine would be:

Yuffie, Cloud, Tifa, Barret

I think Yuffie would mostly focus on acrobatics and stretches

Tifa has a range of exercises from muscle building to endurance and flexibility

Barret focuses mostly on building muscle and strength

And Cloud does a range of exercises he learned in SOLDIER (maybe the mako makes it far easier than it was before he got infused and he struggled a lot before then)

I also think it'd be cute if Tifa noticed everyone had their own routine and suggested they all try to do them together. Since they're on the road and probably spend a lot of time in various formations going on various quests, it would be nice to do something as a group that isn't combat. Maybe mix and match certain exercises to vary and try new things. She could try and get the less fit members to join in aswell.

Cid surprises them by already having a small rotation of stretches he does to compensate for all the time he spends in the pilot seat.

Aerith is happy to try all of them but finds she benefits most under Tifa's instruction.

Cait is a robot, so no need besides maintenance.

I imagine Nanaki is presumed to be very fit because of his musculature but in reality is quite underweight and needs more body fat to balance things out. Unfortunately he doesn't have anyone of his species to compare to.

Vincent is stiff as a board. His joints pop like firecrackers.

Yes I do, and my Samsung tablet.

Although I have a proper drawing tablet and a computer I don't use them often enough.

Featuring: Barret being confused and a little jealous

Drawing the advent children designs for Barret and Cloud has made me appreciate that they may have been designed with 3d specifically in mind.

Barret's more detailed hairstyle, the more complex gun arm/robot hand with rotating parts, and his shirt being mesh, are all more precise details that are trickier to emulate in 2d while keeping them 100% consistent. (I'm struggling at least)

For Cloud there's his new wolf decorations and the fabric physics on his half sleeve robe thing. And of course his hairstyle although that's from the original. (Also having trouble with those)

Those details (like the mesh shirt) must have been pretty complex to model and animate and therefore show off how cool they could make things in the movie look at the time compared to the simpler originals.

The originals are pretty asymmetrical aswell and already had quite a bit of detail in places, and not all the AC designs have new intricacies. (Tifa's design has less detail on the arms especially)

I think stuff like Cloud's hairstyle might of had a similar idea behind them in the original. You couldn't simply flip a 2d sprite for different angles for example.
