Camelite and golemite-Q-
Another day, another material. Material 9020, created in 2.EA.311, is described as “quantum adaptive”, and it contains a tier 1 AdvUript meant to help it perceive its most common state. It is able to shift its rendering to be quantum negative or quantum positive, depending on what render state it’s in the most. There are no warning labels, but it isn’t very promising. Nevertheless, it does seem interesting.
Update: the Cube spawned, then hid itself. I was able to get DataFile access temporarily, but the cube seems to resist being perceived in any way. It wouldn’t stay in an interface bow format for long enough to upload the entire drone script, and I almost didn’t notice when it flew off. It seems I was able to grant it mobility, and it escaped without me adding any other functionality. If you manage to see a floating green cube, please inform me.
Since that failed so spectacularly, I decided to take a short break from drone research and tested a material I was interested in. The quantum negative form of Golemite, now named golemite Q neg, or Golemite-Q-, is interesting. I know that lower Tier AdvUripts don’t always get consistently rendered, but I’m curious as to what sort of interactions it might have.
Update 2: Golemite-Q- is an interesting material, and it appears to form a sort of energy construct around itself, rather than a material construct. Technically, some forms of energy are materials, but it seems specially designed to form “energy” into a body. It took to the drone script well, and began to form its own body. While Drone-2 requires electricity to function, drone-4 seems to gain energy via movement.
Drone-4 is able to generate a small bubble of wind around itself, even under observation. It is able to fly, can connect to the drone app, and outputs video. The problems it has are relatively minor, mostly a constant need for movement and occasional ignorance of inputs. It seems to enjoy pestering Drone-2, and does not have any noticeable emotions towards Drone-1. I believe I may have accidentally made the perfect scout, so long as I train it to obey. I will be looking into how to train pets to do tricks, and see if I can apply that to Drone-4. I might see if I can do the same for Drone-1 and -2.
It’s interesting. It almost feels like when I first got Remington. Hopefully, things go well on this mission.
Pleasant day,
Tester
