feels a little silly to admit i finally grasped this concept after playing life is strange. really made me reflect and help me change my thinking patterns of ‘if only i’d…’ and really appreciating the present moment because if you could go back and change something from your past, or re-live that moment, take something back or say yes to something instead, it really doesn’t make that moment special anymore
