CARRD TEMPLATE #010   -   [ MINDGAMES.  ]

this is a   FREE   square carrd template for roleplaying purposes, made with single muse blogs (and a single aesthetic) in mind.  #010   ( live preview here )   is  base account friendly,    utilizing exactly 49 elements. this carrd contain 3 pages and staggered animations.  this carrd is mobile viewable, but the effect is a bit lost.

Hello everybody, this is a serious post, which will contain the following.

My name, as many of you know, is Valentine, but for the purposes of helping me, you may call me Reysa. I am in a dangerous situation, with several complications. For now, I am safe. But for those of you who know me, and know me well... this is a scary situation. Many of you do not know, I am a mother, and the only reason I do commissions is to help pay bills and help provide for my son. While I do have a main source of income, this is a good side for money if I am productive.

However, for the unforeseen future, I may not be able to continue commissions. I was in a situation recently that forced me to leave home for the safety of me and my son. I cannot afford to spend time working on commissions currently. If you would like to get a refund, please let me know.

hi. break time. a couple of things moving forward:

DOCS.

  • working on the doc.exe document over the break.
  • per the request of what seems to be one person that’s been asking for a while, working on the rita document over the break.

CARRDS.

  • i can no longer support my format of posting both a basic and lite version of a carrd template. i will always prioritize downsizing a template to basic first and, if i can’t, it will be a pro-lite.
  • if it is a pro-lite template, you can dm me for a downsized basic version. this usually means cutting out 1-2 sections. i’ll get to you eventually.
  • i will be deleting carrd templates i am (very) dissatisfied with. sorry for the inconvenience, but i only have so many templates to work with, and i don’t want to let a couple of shitty carrds to take up that space.
  • you cannot, however, delete shared templates. as a workaround, i will replace said template with a new one. this will not affect any sites that were built using the old templates but you will then no longer be able to build a site with the ‘deleted’ template. you will automatically get access to the replaced one if you still had the old one.
  • the chopping block nominees are : #003 (it’s sooo bad), #004B (redundant), and #006 (worse than the original in every way). a couple of maybes: #001A, #007.

TEMPLATES, ETC.

  • 1-2 retired icon borders (the spyglass, the necromancer).
  • maybe a noir-style pinned post template.
  • coloring psd return era?? kidding, though i might retire one psd.

COMMS (CLOWN MAKEUP.PNG).

  • i will tentatively be opening carrd commissions on a case by case basis - and just that. this is currently the only form of creative output i have any faith in completing. my previous exemption of ‘if you contact me on my rp blogs i’ll think about it’ still applies.
  • a couple of warnings and disclaimers: i am slow. i am inconsistent. i am extremely flaky. i will not accept money beforehand for this reason. payment through ko-fi only. 2 slots. at least 3 weeks wait time. here is the form link.
  • $20 for basic. $40 for pro-lite. $50+ for pro+. your carrd plan does not dictate how complex you want it to be (and you can downscale what you want), but this gives me an idea of what i can/can’t do.
  • no extra cost for <10 basic images (minimal editing with a psd slapped on), others pending. psd will be mine or yours. permission needed otherwise.

currently released carrds? not really. you can tailor them to suit your style but they weren't built with that in mind. i do have a carrd i've been debating whether to release or not because it is unfortunately a css (carrd pro+) mess of document. i could tweak it but it'd be a whole new carrd tbh.

#'case file' is one of two things i did not redact/change from this personal carrd so i guess it fits#'body { width:45%;' is embarrassing to look at.#anon.

hello! im using your carrd template 004 all at once, but i seem to be having an issue with the tables. some of the rows with text randomly moved to the left so theyre no longer aligned with the center of the icon images, but not all the rows. some are still centered and okay, and i checked the settings and the alignment and everything is set the same so i don't understand why some rows refuse to stay centered

if you've checked the alignment, it could be that the icon[s] image itself is not the same amount as the number of rows. otherwise, idk; feel free to message me privately with a copy and i can look over it., or send images, etc. it's hard to diagnose from this.

hi som! i'm in the process of making my own carrd and having a bit of difficulty. i made a drop down menu on the landing page for my links. when clicking on a link, it drops down on the same page instead of going to an individual page. how do i fix this?

if it's a link/button element this is likely because there is no url linked ( i.e. you did not change it from the default url, which is 'https://domain.ext/path' ), or because the [internal] url/page linked does not exist. if it should exist, then you might have misspelled it, did not put it in the section break, etc.

for example:

this button link goes to my rules. it works because 1) i added a url here, 2) i added the url #one to a section somewhere in the carrd.
