I love splatoon. I know it’ll never escape the “weird kids game” stigma but it’s fun. I like that it’s a post-apocalyptic shooter that isn’t all gray and boring and depressing or whatever I like it a lot and I love all the world building that went into it. Explode

luv in splatoon when u splat someone at tge same time they splat u an the screen pauses on the scene of the crime, both ur weapons rollin around, knowin u both are seeing the same thing, tentacle in unloveable tentacle etc etc etc

i got into splatoon because i took shrooms one evening and played mario kart 8 deluxe on my best friend's switch and inkling boy gave me gender envy. that's it. that's the whole reason why i bought splatoon 3 and LOOK WHERE WE ARE NOW. anyways shrooms literally changed the trajectory of my life that day

I think it's very sexy when a fictional character knows they're doomed but makes the conscious choice to keep trying anyway

when enemies are at our base and we know we're about to lose but everyone still respawns and inks as best as they can :')
