Functional Apathy Feeds The Machine

He/him // Bisexual polyam // Introject alter // Don't assume stuff based on my source, thanks, I’m also just some guy // Feel free to say hello!

My name's Tony, I’m a introject alter in an OSDD system from an alternate version of the MCU. Try not to assume stuff about me because of that, and we'll be good!

This blog does get political and suggestive on occasion, it’s me we’re talking about after all. I’m not a capitalist and don’t tolerate bigotry, and my politics and blocking habits reflect this.

nothing funnier to me than when AI does math wrong. like I get why it happens, it's a language model that's treating the numbers you feed it as words rather than integers and then giving you an answer based on how those words typically appear in a block of text instead of actually performing a calculation. but the one thing computers are genuinely incredible at. you fucked up a perfectly good calculator is what you did, look at it it's got hallucinations

I'm glad I have it, but having a healthy and consistent melatonin release is sometimes very annoying.

Sometime I'd love to just be open about systemhood and my love for my husband around someone I trust, in a casual environment. Usually we separate internal and external movements because they clash the vast majority of the time (ie, I can't sit down inside while walking outside), but we can merge them, and I'd really like it if I could just embrace that with around friends.

Finally watching Mickey 17, so here’s a summary of me and my husband’s thoughts and reactions to the first half (had to stop because we were getting tired and I kept pausing it)

  • Robert Pattinson really does pull out a whole new voice whenever he takes a new role these days, huh
  • I fucking love the morbid humor in the beginning
  • My husband kept saying my throat was going to get sore from laughing/suppressing laughter so much, and he was right
  • He also kept making comments under his breath about how the handling of the alien guys was the opposite of ideal, from a scientific perspective
  • Honestly I’m not a fan of Nasha, but that’s just me
  • I posed the question, “Okay what would you do if there were two of me?” and he just stared at me. I may or may not get a reply on that one later lol
  • For most of the movie he was uncomfortable but entertained enough to keep watching, and then said the mid-movie scene with the big rock completely made up for that. At that point he was trying to explain (while laughing and trying not to cry) that this was the opposite of ideal from all perspectives, and that of course he would never do this even if he had the chance, but that he too would love to throw one of the alien babies at someone’s face

I need to stop reblogging from one of our mutuals that only knows us through our main. But they just get my sense of humor too well

I really really love rebuilding old friendships. I love feeling comfortable again with someone and like I can relax. I love falling back into a rhythm.
