I'll be honest, not only am I not proud that I have to post this, but I am actively embarrassed.

On February 21st I received notification that the disputed 2022 rent increase was approved in court, and therefore the property management company of the apartment building I live in with both of my retired parents was increasing by another $50 on March 1st (after going up already on January 1st). The increase was made retroactive back to 2022, which means that everyone in the building is suddenly delinquent on their rent.

The outstanding amount for my family is just under $2000, and its due by August 21st, 2025.

We're already living tightly, due to the general cost or living, but I don't know how we're coming up with the back rent without help.

I know things are tough for everyone, but if you can help, I'll be incredibly grateful. If you can't donate, please reblog!

The Saint Louis, Patron Saint of Storyville, stained glass window design won in the poll, and now the bag charms are here! He’s glittery and double-sided, with broken glass style holographics to mimic the stained glass!

Three times in the last two weeks I've had companies renew a test membership without warning me (after a year you should at least give someone a week's worth of warning) and take large amounts of money. I've been able to get refunded on two of them (hoping the same with the 3rd), but I've still incurred fees because of insufficient funds because of them.

I need like $50 to get that monkey off my back, so if you want a commission, or stuff from my ko-fi shop, now would be a great time. I've also got two separate NSFW Patreon Posts for sale for $5 each, if that's something you're interested in.

Okay, I should be able to put up the pre-order listings for the I'll Let You Reload keychain charms hopefully by Monday. I've been waiting on the manufacturer to send me part of my order that they forgot to send when they shipped out the rest of it, two or so weeks ago. On top of production of the samples taking longer because I failed to factor in the company taking a month off for Chinese New Year πŸ˜…

TL;DR: Keychain pre-orders should be up in about a week, just waiting on last part of second sample order to arrive.
