Habakkuk was a prophet about whom there is barely anything known but he is venerated in all Christianity, Islam, and Judaism. It is also sometimes assumed that he was a member of the tribe of Levi, which served as musicians in Solomon’s Temple. Habakkuk is unusual among the prophets in that he openly questions the working of God. This is a bible outtake of Habakkuk’s second complaint.

Therefore they offer a sacrifice to their net And burn incense to their fishing net; Because through these things their catch is large, And their food is plentiful. Will they therefore empty their net And continually slay nations without sparing?
