I saw the trailer for HW: Age of Imprisonment, and got curious how they're going to introduce Link into the story... cause there's no way Link is not in a loz game (...right?)

I can only hope the meeting is as chaotic as in our fanon dreams 💜

*If they try to keep the game canon (not like AoC), then my best guess is that it's post-totk Link. It wouldn't make sense for Link to have an adventure before totk, because then he'd know about Zelda's location already... (unless,,, amnesia?? Anyways, that's my excuse for not drawing Link's zonai arm lmao)

Deleted scene from my ALBW comic!

This was originally supposed to be one or two pages detailing how Hilda's plan came to be. I was going to write a scene where Hilda observes Zelda from beyond the cracked slate, and starts to plot her manipulation.

My headcanon was that Hilda's dress (the one we see in-game) is actually not one of Hilda's personal wardrobe, but something she made on purpose to mimic Zelda, in order to evoke a sense of familiarity and sympathy from the Hero. I got this idea because I honestly thought her dress didn't fit her vibes when I played albw. It didn't feel like something she'd naturally wear (although that's just my personal tastes)

I didn't end up adding this scene because:

1. I didn't know where to put it in the comic so it flows naturally

2. It's just a personal headcanon, rather than something supported by the game

So this scene was unfortunately doomed to stay in draft hell lol

This comic took an unholy amount of effort, but I'm glad I ended up making it!

I've always been fascinated by Hilda and Ravio's story, and I've always felt their story was never fully resolved.

I debated whether or not to end the comic on a sad note, but this was my personal take and feelings on their ending. It felt so triumphant... but also slightly bitter.

Legend has the hardest dance minigame out of all the games,,, so after blood, sweat, and tears, he became the Headmaster of the Dance Hall and executes anyone who underperforms (if the Gorons showed no mercy in the minigame, why should he?)
