Oh my gosh. I just found this website that walks you though creating a believable society. It breaks each facet down into individual questions and makes it so simple! It seems really helpful for worldbuilding!

Heads up that this is a very extensive questionnaire and might be daunting to a lot of writers (myself included). That being said, it is also an amazing questionnaire and I will definitely be using it (or at the very least, some of it).

Also if you are planning to flee the country, get that figured out way in advance. At least a year or two in advance. And make sure everyone knows you’re moving, so it’s less suspicious than to randomly leave without saying anything. I love this. If I may add, wear shoes too big/small for your feet so the footprints font give you away.

If you feed a human body to pigs you have to remove the teeth first. Pigs can’t digest human teeth so if suspected the teeth can be found. I would recomend grinding them into dust and releasing it into the wind on a windy day :)

Remember: The authorities will know if the murderer faked their accent/foot print/whatever, but as long as they don’t find your actual features you’ll be fine

if youre gonna bury the body, hide it somewhere temporary first. leave the police an anonymous tip that its buried somewhere else. after theyve searched and not found anything, bury the body there. the freshly dug soil wont be as suspicious and theyre not gonna look there because they already have

and if youre gonna do anything else, take out the teeth and burn the tongue, fingertips, etc. this will prevent identification by dna

For god’s sake, dissolve the body you guys. Why even risk burying it? Just get yourself some hydrochloric acid (or whatever, a super strong acid or base should work, be careful tho) and dissolve the body and dump it into a nice horrifyingly polluted drain

hello, everyone! my name is leigh (she/her and they/them pronouns), and this is my writeblr. it’s been collecting dust for some time since i haven’t actually written creatively in years, but inspiration struck a couple months ago so i have since been building a wlw enemies to lovers thieves/vigilantes urban fantasy heist novel and decided to finally join the writeblr community :) however, it is worth noting that “building” in this case means jotting down whatever comes to mind in my notes app so, as all i currently have is roughly 5k words of nonsensical rambling, i can’t guarantee when i will have an official wip introduction or writing for it posted. i intend to soon, though!

i also used to dabble in poetry and will likely post some of my old work for that in addition to the above. i am Slightly less out of practice in it than in prose, so hopefully i can get out new content for it faster.

in terms of interests & hobbies, i love the arts — particularly painting, sculpting, singing, acting, playing instruments, and (of course) writing. my main blog is @landryaugust, a chaotic assortment of these posing primarily as a litblr. my default genre to read is fantasy, but i can enjoy just about anything as long as it has interesting & well-rounded characters and dynamics. i also adore learning, from history to science, and am excited to enter college after this summer.
