I’ve decided to start posting the Pink Bunny AU on ao3! I’ll be updating it every Wednesday so keep an eye out!

Summary:

At the end of autumn, Link returned from his most recent adventure. In the first week of winter, he spoke to Ravio only in short, stilted sentences. In the second, he dropped to single words. In the third, Ravio woke and Link had stopped speaking entirely.

Two weeks later, Ravio wakes to find a little pink rabbit in his place.

***

The Chain are exploring this new era, searching for its Link. Instead, they find a little pink rabbit, alone and injured in the forest. Believing the Link of this era to be dead and unwilling to leave this rabbit behind, they decide to adopt it and take it with them across time. After all, it's only an animal, right?

AKA what if the Chain find Legend in his bunny form?

(And of course, can’t forget to tag @thatonecrazysidekick!!)

Actually that no punctuation plot hole ooc wattpad fanfic written by that 12 year old will ALWAYS be better than character ai. And I love that 12 year old btw

Encouragment for writers that I know seems discouraging at first but I promise it’s motivational-

• Those emotional scenes you’ve planned will never be as good on page as they are in your head. To YOU. Your audience, however, is eating it up. Just because you can’t articulate the emotion of a scene to your satisfaction doesn’t mean it’s not impacting the reader.

• Sometimes a sentence, a paragraph, or even a whole scene will not be salvagable. Either it wasn’t necessary to the story to begin with, or you can put it to the side and re-write it later, but for now it’s gotta go. It doesn’t make you a bad writer to have to trim, it makes you a good writer to know to trim.

• There are several stories just like yours. And that’s okay, there’s no story in existence of completely original concepts. What makes your story “original” is that it’s yours. No one else can write your story the way you can.

• You have writing weaknesses. Everyone does. But don’t accept your writing weaknesses as unchanging facts about yourself. Don’t be content with being crap at description, dialogue, world building, etc. Writers that are comfortable being crap at things won’t improve, and that’s not you. It’s going to burn, but work that muscle. I promise you’ll like the outcome.

For any writers that need encouragement

I teach writing at a college level. This is all good advice.

This is GREAT advice as a writer who worries about originality a lot, used to dislike writing fight scenes, and hates to kill my darlings (I mean, cut out jokes. I like killing characters).

nothing scarier than being a fan of a fic and then becoming mutuals with the author. like hi shakespeare. big fan of your fake dating au

Friendly reminder that you should

  • Write that fic
  • Draw your OC
  • Redesign that blorbo
  • Plan that comic how you want
  • Create the content you want to see
  • Be cringe
  • Be free

The only thing that matters is you having fun! Not what others think!

generative AI literally makes me feel like a boomer. people start talking about how it can be good to help you brainstorm ideas and i’m like oh you’re letting a computer do the hard work and thinking for you???

Happy pride. Reminder there is still a big echo chamber underbelly of conservative bigots within the LU / greater Zelda fandom here on Tumblr. This includes many who claim to "love everyone" under their religion, but happily interact with open bigots (such as those on That Conservative Server who think the queer "movement" is inherently predatory in nature. Such rhetoric is incredibly harmful and dangerous toward the queers you supposedly "love").

Reblog this post if you would like to fire some shots in the backyard and remind your followers you are 100% queer (or an ally) and do not tolerate intolerance!

I don’t usually reblog things on this blog, but just so we’re ABSOLUTELY CLEAR.

Happy Pride, everyone. I know it’s not June, but NEVER stop being proud of who you are.
