Like on Valentine's Day, I couldn't help but draw it when I found out that the sweets I was giving had a meaning 🤭
Desuhiko has macaroons. Macarons mean 'you are special'
Yuma is holding a kompeito sugar. The meaning of kompeito sugar is "I love you"
It's fun to look up the meanings of gifts, not just sweets, as they seem to have many different meanings 🤗

When I drew this for kokobolt, I wondered which of us should make the bento, but I wanted Yuma to do the cooking, so this is what I came up with!😉💕

In older online fandom, people would draw ships making bento boxes to express their love with this song and I've been imagining a kokobolt version. I'd love to see them with handmade bentos for eachother. (*˘︶˘*).｡*♡

Yuma to Desuhiko is a gift of candy🍬. Means 'I want to be with you for a long time'.
Desuhiko presents Yuma with a doughnut🍩. It means 'endless, everlasting love'.
I've heard that many other sweets have meanings too, so I hope one day I'll be able to draw those too🤔

I particularly like the way tsuruko's cape spreads when she fights, and enoki looks like she's eating something when she fights, which is also adorable🤭

Desuhiko gives them gifts: sweets for Fubuki, which he wanted to eat; a gambling game for Halara; a meat bun for Yakou; a book for Vivia; and a Desuhiko bromide for Yuma!🤣🤣🤣

Yumahiko/kokobolt and the red thread of destiny (my personal interpretation)💜💛
In the main game, there are a number of characters who need Yuma, and I think Yuma has a lot of red threads extending from various people. (*Ü*)ﻌﻌﻌ♥
On the other hand, Desuhiko's red thread isn't connected to anyone (so he goes around hitting on all kinds of people, looking for a partner and tying the red thread to someone on his own), and Desuhiko doesn't really have to be Yuma🤔
So Yuma and Desuhiko are not two people who are bound by fate like a red string, but that's why I hope they choose each other and stay by each other's side of their own volition🫶🏻💕
