Unfortunately because the Batman is not a legal entity or had a valid I.D., it would be difficult to sue him. However, representatives of the Goonion would likely be able to work with the appropriate Wayne Foundation to have your injuries covered, or to make sure you receive medical coverage for the potential lung damage from the GCPD. It may be easier than suing, but if there is evidence for illegal mistreatment, we in association with the Martha Wayne Foundation will gladly assist you in finding a lawyer and covering costs of the process!

Because territories of the various criminals which the members of the Goonion work for are frequently changing and sometimes groups will disassemble while their leader is in Arkham or Blackgate, our system, for more consistency, is actually organized by the Gotham Metro’s neighborhoods or boroughs.

For example, if one were to work under the Red Hood in The Bowery, then they should become a member of the Bowery Chapter, even though Red Hood is based out of Crime Alley.

Beyond simply advising your henchmen to use the first link in our pinned post to enroll, make sure they are aware of the benefits!

The Goonion works on behalf of its members to:

Negotiate for safer working conditions when necessary
Ensure each member of the Goonion is making a livable wage
Provide medical treatment and worker’s comp for on-the-job injuries
Ensure that all Rogues, Mobs, and Mafias in the Goonion are equal-opportunity employers

And by chapter, we

Negotiate health insurance plans
Advocate for wage raises, policy changes, and benefits

If you visit your local Goonion chapter headquarters, you will likely find flyers, pamphlets, and other informational materials that are specific to the chapter that your henchmen would be joining!

Yes, you can be compensated if you have the appropriate evidence. If you have record of having visited a clinic or hospital because of the incident and/or there is proof (video/dated photo is acceptable) that the incident happened while you were working, our legal representatives will be able to work with the appropriate Wayne Foundation to be sure that you receive compensation.

Well fuck. See the issue is I was working under Black Mask at the time and there was a bit of a turf war between him and Hatter cus Hatter just got out... And I lost about a year of my life to Hatter. So I have no clue whether there's actual footage of the incident or not.

Mind control. We love it.

That is quite the complication. However, this does line up with the known timeline of events between Black Mask and Hatter, so theoretically if you have evidence of working for Mask during the original time that could be enough.

I might have a copy of the contract due to the fact I had to forge my Dad's signature on it (don't ask, he was a busy man and wouldn't have cared either way). I wasn't stupid enough to not ask for one thank god. Lemme look through my safes and see if its there.

If they don't I'm tracking down which Hatter it was and suing the shit out of him for mental, physical, and emotional damages.
