It has been an incredible experience for me that helped me a lot to grow as an artist.
The team has been the absolute best: extremely professional and super kind with me!
I'm kinda sad this experience has come to an end, but also very excited for you guys to read it! ^^

Plain haelumians have Jerboa-like paws. with four toes and one declaw, that in truth is just another toe, just smaller and far up the foot. They have very strong leg muscles and can run on all fours. They're not very good at climbing, though
Hill Haelumians have four toes only and sharp claws.
They're master of climbing and hunting and the most dangerous to fight. Their walkstyle on two legs is a little "wobbly" and less graceful than a plain haelumian, and they're definetly not as fast on the ground.
Flexing the leg muscle will always make their toes close up, this is an involuntary muscle contraction that they use in order to perch.

It's still in the works!!! It's our most beloved project so we're taking things slow. Another project will come out first anyway, just to test the waters :)
Do haelumians lay eggs? I don't know if you've talked about this before, but I'm curious about their reproduction and gestation...or does each "race" have a different way? Placental or egg-laying, and only females can get pregnant?
(I would also like to see one of them pregnant or taking care of an egg 💐)
As answered before on another (similiar) ask, they have placental pregnancies!

Fun fact: a pregnant haelumian can mess you up, REALLY bad, if she feels in danger. You may think, given their conditions, they might be a little more...empaired...and while that's partially true, they seem to gain some serious strenght lol
