Personal growth, confidence, healing, goals, relationships and wellness.

You should have four hobbies:

Stock trading

Affiliate marketing

2. One to keep you in shape

3. One to expand your mind

Every time you begin a new month ask yourself

(1) what should I stop doing

(2) what should I start doing

(3) what should I keep doing

A person who values themself has standards and remains exclusive

They don’t need attention from the masses because they know their worth

They understand that being accessible to everyone lowers their value

They are selective with who they date because they know it’s a reflection of them

They aren’t seeking superficial validation online because they don’t need it and most likely get it in real life

They make career choices that align with their passions and beliefs and don’t comprise their morals for a dollar

They understand that quality friendships are more important than a large circle of acquaintances

They love themselves and take care of their body, they don’t partake in hobbies that are unhealthy

They invest in their personal growth and education because they understand that expanding their knowledge and skills increases their value

They are mindful of how they spend their time and choose environments that nurture their growth rather than drain their energy

They don’t settle for mediocre and always strive for excellence in whatever they do

They avoid toxic relationships and environments

They are intentional with their energy and choose to share it with people that align with their values

They practice self discipline

They like being alone and understand that being alone is a time for reflection and recharging

They have very strong boundaries and demand respect in all interactions because they respect themselves first

Every now and then it's important to stop and ask yourself if your belief system is tied to insecurities, complacency, laziness, fear, doubt, past trauma, societal expectations, comfort zones, or unresolved pain

These factors can shape how you see the world and yourself, creating mental prisons without you even realizing it

These subconscious self imposed barriers can hold you back from growth and reaching your full potential all whilst alluding to the idea of fulfillment

Recognizing these constraints is the first step toward building a belief system that really serves you

After all, if you want to conquer the world, you must start with yourself

Audit your life often and be honest with yourself about who you are, your choices, and who you want to be

Are you comfortable?

Are you settling?

Are you trying to play it safe?

Hurt people aren’t always running away from good people — they are running away from their own healing

It’s easy to assume that when someone pulls away, they’re rejecting love. But the truth is, hurt people aren’t always running from good people—they’re running from the inner work and healing they need to do

Yes, you want love. But a hurt person only perceives familiar patterns as love. If chaos, neglect, or inconsistency were present in their past, they may mistake those experiences for connection. When something stable and healthy appears, it feels foreign—almost threatening

They aren’t rejecting kindness; they’re rejecting what doesn’t match their internal wiring

Healing isn’t about finding someone to love you despite your wounds. It’s about learning to recognize love when it finally arrives. Because until then even the purest form of love can feel uncomfortable—simply because it’s new

If you’re the one running, ask yourself: Am I avoiding them, or am I avoiding what I need to face within myself? If you’re the one being run from, remember: Their distance isn’t about your worth—it’s about their readiness

If you want a soft, abundant life—one with ease, luxury and opportunities—you can’t play small, meaning you can’t shrink yourself, settle for less or avoid risks. A life of ease and success requires expansion: expanding your mindset, your self worth, your willingness to take up space, and your ability to go after what you truly want

Playing small means avoiding challenges, underestimating yourself or staying in situations that don’t serve you out of fear or comfort. But a soft life isn’t just about external luxury—it’s about being in alignment with your highest self, making choices that serve your well-being, and stepping into the version of you that attracts what you desire

In simple terms: If you keep thinking and acting small, your life will reflect that. To have more, you have to become more

Alignment means being in flow with what genuinely fulfills you—where your energy, effort and actions lead to meaningful results instead of constant struggle

Playing small looks like

Staying in a job you hate with no growth or reward because it feels “safe”

Pouring energy into things that drain you instead of elevate you

Settling for less because you fear stepping into something bigger

Alignment, on the other hand means

Choosing paths that match your values, skills and long term goals

Effort feeling productive rather than exhausting

Attracting opportunities effortlessly because you’re operating in your zone of genius

When you’re in alignment, the work you do feeds you instead of just taking from you. That’s where the “soft life” actually begins

If I ever feel out of sorts or not myself, unmotivated etc I focus on love. Giving myself more love, listening to love frequency music, practicing gratitude & surrounding myself with positive, uplifting energy. This helps me reconnect with myself again, reignite my motivation & feel full of energy

Love is always the answer

A healed person isn’t afraid to lose someone who doesn’t value them

Signs you are in a karmic relationship

A karmic relationship is an intense, turbulent connection meant to teach you lessons about self worth, boundaries, love and healing. Karmic relationships don’t last, but they shape you into the person you're meant to be

You feel an instant connection, like you've known them forever, but the intensity is almost overwhelming

The relationship feels like an emotional rollercoaster—intense passion followed by a lot of pain

You keep dealing with the same conflicts yet nothing truly gets resolved

No matter how much they hurt you, you feel unable to walk away

There's a sense of codependency, obsession, emotional turmoil

They trigger your deepest fears, insecurities and wounds

Everything moves unnaturally fast, from emotional confessions to major life changes

The relationship is unpredictable, with frequent breakups and reconciliations

This person enters your life to teach you something, but they rarely stay

Instead of feeling uplifted, you often feel exhausted, anxious, or unbalanced

Ultimately, the pain forces you to face your wounds, change and heal

“Sex is an energy exchange and it matters who you share yourself with. It is not about marriage, but about caring for someone in a sacred way. Pay attention to whom you share your intimate energy with. Intimacy at this level intertwines your aural energy with the aural energy of the other person. These powerful connections, regardless of how insignificant you think they are, leave spiritual debris, particularly within people who do not practice any type of cleansing, physical, emotional or otherwise. The more you interact intimately with someone, the deeper the connection and the more of their aura is intertwined with yours. Imagine the confused aura of someone who sleeps with multiple people and carries around these multiple energies? What they may not realize is that others can feel that energy which can repel positive energy and attract negative energy into your life. I always say, never sleep with someone you wouldn’t want to be.”
