Sylveon is definitely the most cat-coded of the eeveelutions. It's not native in any current regions but it's Pokedex entries mention all the different ways it's a ruthlessly effective hunter in the wilds, using it's flesh tendrils to distract prey or overwhelm them with soothing energy before pouncing on them, etc.
