I like to let my dogs into a cabnit filled with a bunch of old bed sheets and pillow cases. They go crazy and spin around and dig in there. Very goofy

Hmm. I think he would be chill. He would keep his composure. Up until he saw the explosive brothers. He may cry. And he would become incredibly protective of them. And probably more cautious of that Artificer.
Seeing his sib and himself reincarnated as scavs... that's a different feeling considering he lived with scavangers as a pup

Hunter- loves contact but is often sore from the rot. Nobody wants to be near her anyways.
Gourmand- pets all around!!
Artificer- Not pettable! No versions are!
Spearmaster- hesitant but will love you up once trusted
Rivulet- your getting suffocated in cuddles
Saint- uhhh tentatively pettable. Will not show affection but won't deny it
Enot- pet at your own discretion. They probably will end up crying
Nightcat- (not watcher)- they will phase through your hand. Do not touch
Sizzle- is getting used to being touched (curious scavs) but is learning to put the brakes on when uncomfortable. Will tolerate some touch from strangers
Coveter- pickpocketing distraction. Will bite afterwords
The Storm- 100%
The Nest- you probably don't want to pet her. But she's fine

Thanks for asking! The cycle is a natural part of the world. It's always existed for atleast as long as intelligence has. It's not bad nor good but entirely depends upon and individuals views. The cyl2 works based on determination. Permadeath occurs one an individual is ready to move one. Criteria is also solely based on the individual. Though there were widespread cultural beliefs amongst the ancients on how to rise above the cycle.
Getting stuck as an echo is a result of entering void fluid as means to ascension. Its always a risk but can be more prevalent in individuals. It'd just inate.
Cycles occur when a life dies. Its a return to the past. Bc thats the only way this can reasonably work. Don't think about it too hard. Every life is the main character in its own universe.
Karma levels via continued cycles are purely a construct used to determine something's liability. You successfully lived=you have gained knowledge, you speak to an echo=you have gained knowledge.
