because lord byron was in effect the first popstar and he had such bizarro life if youre a celebrity and something negative happens to you that also happens to byron its really rather insulting to act surprised. celebrities have been getting stalked since day one dont act like its just your fans specifically. how quickly we forget about caroline lamb suibaiting him. not saying stalking isnt bad but as far as history shows its an inescapable occupational hazard

today girl i was obsessed with in highschool and still kind of am’s brother came in to work whos her spitttting image wearing this jacket she used to wear every day and i was like huh weird she didn’t take it to uni…. and after he left i swore i saw her in the parking lot and i was like omg what are the chances maybe she’s in town that’s why he was wearing her jacket yadda yadda. and then she came in and it was just some random girl but like i would’ve bet a zillion dollars it was her and when she came in there wasn’t even a passing resemblance. um it was embarrassing in my head. obviously nobody had any idea but while she was walking over i was imaging what i’d say to her 😭 so lame
