we Dont have A Car anymore so we need Help
our car got totaled and towed so now only source of income is a 2 hour bus ride from our house (which we will have to be doing there is no other choice). so we have to move walkable distance to that place as soon as possible. we arent paying rent at the end of the month where we currently live with roommates that hate us and want us to leave anyways. so we can afford some kind if deposit if we get approved in time. and thats the only plan we have.
we are 3 trans people and a small dog (pictured) trying to survive and not become homeless and anything would help us with food and transportation until the end of the month. bus passes are expensive, and so is an apartment deposit.

this is the cheapest application cost at the cheapest, lowest income requirement apartment i could find , i had to borrow from my bank already to pay just this. anything at all helps us right now

please think of the disabled people of gaza. please think of the diabetic people of gaza. please think of the neurodivergent people of gaza. please think of those whose lives are relying on medicine that has either stopped coming in due to the blockade, or is available in such scarcity that its price has skyrocketed.
we're approaching winter. on top of the challenge of securing waterproof tents and sufficiently warm clothing, some diabetic people in gaza have stopped taking their insulin as they can no longer afford it. those who are able to acquire it for now know every shot may be their last.
mohammed @ahmed0khalil, only 19, has been injured with shrapnel in his leg.
his father is diabetic.
one of his younger siblings is blind, and another is autistic.
imagine that kind of pressure during a genocide.
the least we can do is shoulder some of the financial burden. don't forget about the disabled people of gaza.

I was born and raised in Gaza, a place that has always been my home 🏡. I grew up surrounded by my family, my friends, and the streets that I knew like the back of my hand. Life wasn’t always easy, but we had love, laughter, and dreams. I used to think that no matter what happened, home would always be here. But life has a way of changing things in ways we never expect.
Over the past months, everything I once knew has disappeared. The streets that were once filled with children playing are now silent. The houses that held so many memories are now just rubble. And the people I loved—some of them are gone forever. 💔

Nabil Al-Anqar, the head of the Al-Anqar family (14 people, 8 adults 6 children) needs emergency surgery. Prices of gas in Gaza have raised to €50 a kilo, so burning wood has become a greater necessity. While sawing wood to keep his family warm, Nabil sliced his hand open on a rotating handsaw.
Several tendons in his hand were severed, and as a result he cannot move his fingers. The operation to reattach the tendons is €700. This is a high amount but not an impossible goal for us to raise for this family. It is crucial that we raise this money to give Nabil his mobility back so he can provide for his family in this time of severe conditions.

Israel has violated Phase 2 of the ceasefire agreement and has blocked humanitarian aid from entering Gaza once again during Ramadan. Prices for food and other necessities have skyrocketed. In addition to this, the solar panels that produce the energy that allows Gazans to connect to the internet are still in need of repair.
Simply put: there is a lot for us to do right now.
Please donate and share to the Al-Anqars fundraiser, which supports the lives of 14 people, as well as their community in North Gaza. While the Rafah border crossing is still closed, it is IMPERATIVE that we continue raising funds so that once it opens, the family can cross as quickly as possible.

Do other people in the world really believe the genocide is over or that conditions have improved? They began starving the North in March last year and then continued to starve the whole Strip for a year and now they are starving the whole Gaza Strip again this March, in Ramadan.
Genocide is an act of collective punishment and neglect of the most essential life sources.
In reality they began committing genocide against the people of Gaza the day that the siege on Gaza was imposed. What we continue to witness since Oct 7th is only the same genocide accelerated which I will never stop repeating.
Not only that, the murder by aircraft has not stopped. israel's fascist death machines are still hovering and threatening and firing and killing people in their tents, in their damaged homes, in cars, at people trying to rebuild...their thirst for Palestinian blood is literally infinite.
Even if the fire stopped, it would still be genocide. There is no such thing as an israeli ceasefire because they practice murder by freezing and starving and medically neglecting and physically and psychologically torturing Palestinians too.

making this post as my wife and i r two disabled Black trans folks living in TX who are both currently out of work due to disability and other circumstances, and are in need of consistent financial help in order to afford our living expenses and survive. i have the main three apps, a shared ko-fi and patreon, and a registry of household needs and wants (praying the amazon link embeds properly, feel free to dm me if its broken).

raised abso-fucking-lutely nothing lol !!!! we very VERY urgently need to buy groceries and toiletries. my wife has also been desperately trying to raise money so we arent homeless, and we r $192 shy of the minimum amount we can pay to avoid risking getting kicked out, and we have to meet that amount by EOD today. (though meeting the goal in its entirety so we arent behind and having to spend the rest of the month begging for that last $250 to be up to current would be great!) atp i dont expect anyone to chip in so we can eat or buy the shit we are out of but pls at least consider donating to my wife so we can be housed, thanks.
