As a Zoro fan I’m happy that Toei is Zoro’s biggest glazer because he looks so cool animated.

As a One Piece fan I’m fucking pissed because if you guys keep glazing Zoro and sacrificing the other characters’ integrity for it then the story’s going to deteriorate. Like why is Sanji getting neglected out of frames he should be in GUYSSSS THE SOURCE MATERIAL IS THERE FOR A REASON

Like ok. Small changes from manga to anime happen all the time and shouldn’t matter that much. But there are details that definitely rack up and inevitably change the tone of the story no matter how insignificant. You know? Zoro’s supposed to struggle in a fight later on. But how are you going to explain that when he 1v2’d the seraphim even Luffy struggled with in a 2v1 with Lucci. WITH ONE SWORD
